Add Text to top of Product Descriptions Page

This is probably simple for most of you but I can't find the answer to this specific issue in the forums after looking for a couple of hours! I've got the site up and running and this is just a "tweak":

My client wants a line of text at the top of each Product Description page, centered above the center column, saying:

"All Prices Include Shipping"

They do not like the "free shipping" icon at all...and do not want it to say free shipping.

I can't figure out where to go to add the text, or how to add it.

Can anyone help me? And give me the specific line of code needed to insert text? I figured out how to change existing fonts, etc. via the css stylesheet, but no idea how to do this "from scratch".

If you need it on all the product info pages the easiest way would be to hard code it in that template in your override directory. If you may need to change it on occasion you could create a new language define.

Is it asking (above and beyond) for a specific line of code? I can probably figure out where to insert it in the template (at least through trial and error) but am not positive about the formatting. I know some html but am far from being "literate".

The client would like it, if possible, to be centered, in bold, and read:

All prices include shipping.

If this is stepping over a line of asking too much I will understand.

Wait! I figured out how to insert the text by checking other lines of code.

I tried it on the product_info template and it works (to my utter amazement!) BUT: I need it to not be on the product info page but on the Product Description Pages (if this is possible.)

AND, can it not be on the home page?

I'm not clear if the home page is the same template form as the product descriptions page.

Can you direct me to the right template?

where is the template (and what is it called) for the Product Descriptions page(s)?

I found the one for the Product Info page but can't find the one for the page that lists all the products of a category.

I believe you may need to edit the template

includes -> templates -> Your_template -> templates -> tpl_index_product_list.php
