Something Wrong - Website Won't Show Up - Help Needed

First thing this morning the site was working fine, just tried to bring it up and it won't work...

ww.dpmperformance.co.uk

Does anyone know what could be causing this? It won't work in the admin/backend either.

It's saying DNS 500 Error

Yeah my hosting company have just sent this...

"We have renamed your .htaccess file to .htaccess.bak and now the site is loading fine. The entries in this file seem to be corrupted. Please upload the corrected .htaccess file back to public_html folder."

Don't know what they mean by "Please upload the corrected .htaccess file back to public_html folder." though.

I would think that question should be directed to your Hoster.

Yeah i've asked them but no response, website seems ok now though.
