Need to turn off checkout :unsure:

I have a need to set up zen cart so a customer can view the products but if he wants to buy he has to call or go to the physical store. I guess they want to use this as a reference store only, no buying.

I have to somehow turn off all the checkout processing, any suggestions for an easy way of doing this would be welcome.

Admin> Configuration> Store Status> Turn to Showcase with or without prices.
