Adding custom fields to shopping cart

Is there a way to add a custom field to the shopping cart so somewhere during the checkout process you can have a field asking where the customer heard about us so we can better track how advertising we do in various publications is working for us.

Thanks, I tried using the 1.3.7 version and there seems to be problems with the /admin/orders.php it would only display one order at a time. Since I am working on upgrading to the latest version of zencart soon I will wait until then and try the latest version of this addon.
