Help! Errcode

My site has been working fine up until today.

I noticed that my host (doteasy) made some changes to their site admin panel and I dont know if they are related...

Basically on my home page I am getting:
1 Can't create/write to file '/var/lib/mysql/#sql_c18_0.MYI' (Errcode: 13)
in:
[select banners_id, banners_title, banners_image, banners_html_text, banners_open_new_windows, banners_url from banners where status = 1 and ( banners_group = 'Wide-Banners') order by rand()]

and then in my categories I'm seeing:

1 Can't create/write to file '/var/lib/mysql/#sql_c18_0.MYI' (Errcode: 13)
in:

Does anyone have any idea what I can try?
