My footer's missing???

Please can somebody help me, my footer seems to be missing and even though I've uploaded it to my new template it still doesn't work? Please can someone help and tell me why this is happening.

If you temporarily switch to the 'classic' template is it there?

Only your sideboxes would be "lost" (or reset), but you can set them up again in a couple of minutes. Rather than doing that though, I would try step 2a) here.
