Link in More Information

I have set up my 'more information' sidebar and changed 'page_2' to 'Links', but i need it set up so when someone clicks on the 'Links' in the more information bar it takes them to another page outside my web.

I cannot work out how to do this and wondered whether anyone could help?

Simple fix for this is to use an EZ Page instead of the More Information sidebox.

Yep, that's the easiest fix. I love EZ Pages - best thing since sliced bread!

Alternatively, if you don't want your "links" link to be in the EZ page sidebox and/or at the top and/or bottom of the page where those links tend to show, you could modify the Page 2 link as follows:

Locate:
/includes/modules/sideboxes/more_information.php

Copy it to:
/includes/modules/sideboxes/YOUR_CUSTOM_TEMPLATE/more_information.php

Locate this text:

if (DEFINE_PAGE_2_STATUS <= 1) {
$more_information[] = '<a href="' . zen_href_link(FILENAME_PAGE_2) . '">' . BOX_MORE_INFORMATION_PAGE_2 . '</a>';
}Modify the href link to link to the desired external page.
