First line of product description in bold

Hi, can anyone tell me how to make the first line of my product description bold?

I would like to add something like "please check for availability" in the product description box

Thanks

Re: First line of product description in bold

Are you using the html editor or just the description textarea?

Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

Kim,

I'm using just the description text area. Is what I want to do possible?

Re: First line of product description in bold

Whatever is in the box is read as HTML, so just put <b>the text you want to be bold</b>

Re: First line of product description in bold

Thanks stevesh but I had just sussed out what I needed to do. I have now selected HTMLarea text editor which has given me a lot more control. Now I've remembered it's there I'll no doubt use it more often.....
