order confirmations failed

For this morning, I don't receive the order confirmations checkout and checkout_extra.

In E-Mail Archive Manager :

  • the welcome email is OK.
  • the email confirmations checkout and checkout_extra are absent.

The Paypal payment is OK.

Any ideas?

I have same problem with my customer's order, and also, I am not able to receive any emails, help!!!!
