Adding my Footer image

Hiya People.

I am wanting to change my footer so that it shows my footer.jpg which is my version of the footer.

How do i go about doing this?

I would like it similar to https://www.realraptors.com/shop/

On that site, you can see that their site footer is just an image...

Can you please assist me on how to do this?
