Multiple Login requests and "whoops" error

My hosting site had some problems with one of there servers and I think they moved my site to a new piece of equipment. since that time, when I log into the admin page and try to select any menu option, I get prompted for my user id and password again. Once I reenter my info I'm taken back to the main admin page. When a customer tries to make a purchase they are give the error message "Whoops! Sorry, but you are not allowed to perform the action requested."

Seems like it should be a security issue but I'm at a lose as to where to begin to look. Any body have a suggestion?

Re: Multiple Login requests and "whoops" error

I had tried to search for this problem and ended up posting a new thread. I have the exact same thing going on with my site. It has worked fine for a year now and then all of a sudden I cant do anything in admin nor can I make a purchase on the site once it goes to secure (https) because you cant stay logged in.

What version of Zencart are you using?

I think this is one of the issues when your server is upgraded to PHP5, but you're running an older version of Zencart.

Might ask your host about the differences between your old server and new, or whether they upgraded PHP.

Re: Multiple Login requests and "whoops" error

I am running the newest version and have since it came out. I may try to contact my hosting service tomorrow if I can not get it resolved tonight.
