Customer country, can't delete it

I've checked the forum as best I can, checked the FAQs, and tried to figure it out myself and have failed.....I need help!

I have modifed Zen Cart to give away downloadable files using a Coupon Code. I do not need any address information from the customers. I have disabled all the prompts for a customer to enter their address info.

However, the country "United States" shows up anyway, and I can not figure out how to completely eliminate this from every page. This is what I get:

John Doe

,
United States

Can someone please tell me how to get rid of the comma and "United States" from every page? I only want the name to show. I think it's a default header that appears on every page but I can't figure out how to modify it.
