My Zen is not sending emails to anyone..

my email works when i send emails from outlook express.. But when someone goes to get a password it doesn't send anything and no errors that i have found.

Also it doesn't Send any of the updates to the orders or order confirmation numbers.. What has me puzzeled is it worked just fine and then around 1 month ago it stopped..

Okay, what has changed? Has your host made a change or have you added anything recently?

i am not sure.. The email threw the server has been just fine though sending and recieveing using outlook express..

can some one please help me my customers are complaining about not getting the forgot password emails and order confirmation emails PLEASE HELP

I'm having the same problem. Email notifications of new orders are arriving several hours late, sometimes takes all day. Regular emails are arriving with no problems, and I've send test emails from several accounts and it works. My host tested the system and sent test mails and everything work perfect. Looks like a Zen problem. Anyone?

Zen Cart just sends the emails there isn't anything in them for delays on the emails going out ...

How many orders are being processed over what time in a day?

I really cannot think of anything that Zen Cart would be doing with the emails to cause a delay as this is not part of the program ...

What Payment methods are you using?

Has it always done this or is this something new that has started happening?

If something new, what changes have you made since this worked normal and then started behaving abnormally?

I'd get with your hosting site again on this ...

Sounds like a perfect reason to ask your hosting company "why".

Well i looked into it at my hosting company and then stated they haven't done anything to the servers..

Now whats weird is i changed the [email protected] To [email protected] and Mail.AD-DiscountPerformance.com to mail.ad-discountperformance.com and it works now is that usally case sensitive?? and if so why did it all of a sudden start to matter it was working for over 8 months..
