Admin not showing new version correctly

Hi,

We noticed this morning in our admin where it normally tells us that our zen cart is up to date or there is a new version this new link.

New Version Available v. ::

What is causing this?

We are doing some work on the server and the information is not available at the moment.

Ditto - just upgraded from e to f and copied all the docs across and admin says that I am still on e.
This happened on two different installations.
Can you advise the php file to change manually.

You shouldn't need to edit anything.
If it's not reflecting the correct version number, then there are one or more PHP files you've not uploaded to the server when applying the new files.
