downloadable products not downloading

i have just installed m new website: https://www.shiurimdirect.com which will be selling lectures (approx 25-30mb each) online.

i set everything up and all looks fine until i try download it and then i get the following error:
Internal Server Error, this is an error with your script, check your error log for more information.

how can i fix this?

please help
