Unable to search through orders

For some reason on the customer/order screen I am unable to search through orders using the Search by Product Name or ID:XX or Model box. Every time I enter something in this box I get this response:
1054 Unknown column 'o.orders_id' in 'on clause'
in:
[select count(distinct o.orders_id) as total from (orders o, orders_status s left join orders_products op on (op.orders_id = o.orders_id) ) left join orders_total ot on (o.orders_id = ot.orders_id) where (o.orders_status = s.orders_status_id and s.language_id = '1' and ot.class = 'ot_total') and (op.products_model like '%deluxe%' or op.products_name like 'deluxe%')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I know it used to work at one time but does not seem to now. Is there a way to fix this? I am not proficient in programming myself and the gentleman I have been using in the past is too busy to assist and so I am kind of at a loss. If anyone has a clue as to what I can do, please let me know.

ohhhh. never used that before... and I get the same error!!!

I had the same and it is covered on various places on the forum. I think this is the fix but haven't re-read the thread.
