How do I download the info on my customers and what they've ordered?

Most turn on the email to get a copy of the order in their email. Admin> Configuration> Email Settings

Thanks, but I get emails from Authorize Net. And even if they're duped from the zen cart email, they have to be entered separately to my finances spreadsheet.
Are you saying there's no way to comprehensively download an entire list with all the info at once?

Not in the Core code at this time - You might look in the Free Add Ons section for Super Orders to see if that has some of the functionality you need.
