some orders are not coming through zencart

hello all,
i have a problem with some orders that have been placed are not coming through my zencart, i have had 3 today , i am just receiving a receipt from paypal but nothing in zencart, most orders are coming through but some are not. any ideas ?

i think they are getting this message when trying to place there order

thanks for the reply,
its on my site , i am receiving receipts from paypal,but some order are not being registered/confirmed in zencart.

The most common cause is that the server timed out and closed the connection.

You should talk to your host.
