Cybersource Security Warning in FF3

Hello,

I've recently set up my first Zen cart with the Cybersource payment module. After some trial and error, it seems to work great! Much appreciation for the great mod and docs.

One question I can't find an answer for: When I submit an order with Firefox (v3.0.1) it gives a "Security Warning" that while the page is encrypted, the information being sent may be visible to a third party, etc., etc.

I don't get this warning with IE7 or Safari 3. I don't want customers to think the transaction is risky. Any tips on this would be much appreciated.

The problem doesn't occur til the order is placed, so I guess you'll have to trust me to delete your order... which I will! The cart is live, but not open to the public yet.

Hhhhmmm - Order #8 is mine. Not sure what to do about that one - let me do some checking.

BTW - I think you need to check the Tare Weight in the Admin> Configuration> Shipping and Packaging - The rate for that order was REALLY high.

Thanks Kim, I'll check the tare. I'll keep working on the security warning, too, but I'll be grateful for any advice you (or anyone) can offer!
