You should probably just change the wording if you need to if the price is going to be there - else you can remove the text from includes/languages/CUSTOM/english.php.
Also - what happened to the starting at price - did you delete it?
Centering the image can be done thru the stylesheet or thru your tpl_product_listing.php I think. Not sure what code syntac you need - maybe a "coder" can help you here.
