Where do I add new zip codes for free delivery?

Where do I add new zip codes for free delivery?

I have a few zip codes already set up for free delivery if the customer's address falls into those areas but for the life of me I don't remember where I entered them! I see the zips I've previously added in the admin's shipping page but no where is an "add" option for entering more.
Can anyone knock the cob webs from my brain? :huh:

It sounds as though you might have some customization on your site; free shipping by zip code is not part of the core system.
