Virtual Products - Download Management System

I will be selling virtual products only and I want my shoppers to have the ability to download their purchased products at any time.

I know that when a shopper purchases a product, they can go to "Previous orders" and redownlaod the item, but I was wondering if there is a module or soemthing else that will Manage these downloads more easier for the customer?

If not, who would I contact about implementing something like this for my site?

Could you elaborate on what sort of management you are wanting?

Day1: A customer purchases 10 downloadable items.
Day2: Customer purcahses 2 different downloadable items.

Day3: customer logs into store and has a "Downloads Section" where they can easily re-download an item they purchased in the past, instead of going through "Previous Orders" and manually searching for the download they want.

More or less, a customer "Purchased downloads section".

Basically I need a new page that displays all downloads every purchased. Put it under "My Account"

Are there developers that would do this for a fee?
