New admin account with limited access

I would like to hire someone to add new products to my site, and edit other product descriptions, but I don't want them to have access to every element of my site. Can I create a limited access admin id?

Thanks!

Try this http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&cPath=40_41&products_id=86 :)
