Product and contact details only required. How?

I have a client who does not want any actual paying facility when the purchase is selected. The customer fills in a form with required details, including perhaps visa card details, which is then emailed to my client the site owner who will contact the prospective purchaser to discuss details. What is the best way of implementing this with Zen cart?

Admin - Configuration - My Store - Store Status Set to 1 or 2 depending on whether or not he wants visitors to see pricing.

Anyone who expects his customers to email their credit card information to him either has fools for customers or won't be in business long, or both. Be sure you get paid up front.

However it seems that even if I use Option 2, that the prospective purchaser has to manually enter the details of his/her desired purchase into the message box.
Is there no way that the product details, or better still, the shopping cart content details, can be inserted automatically as part of the message?
If not, is there perhaps an addon that supports this facility?

Thanks for the link Steve but I think that I may have found a solution thanks to kobra.
In admin | modules | payment
I have turned off all except Check/Money Order, which I have set to a status of Pending.
I think that I will now investigate modifying the text displayed on the successive Checkout pages to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible to the customer.
I would love to hear from you or anyone regarding this possible solution, or any better alternative.
