Shipping by weight to different regions within New Zealand

I have been have a tough time trying to setup a shipping module for New Zealand regions, this is what I am wanting to do:

**1. Shipping is calculated by weight (kg), total shipping price is calculated depending on the destination.

  1. I have setup 19 zones (Regions) in New Zealand.**

Could someone please advise a suitable module for this?

Much appreciate your help, Zen cart really rocks!

Funny to be replying to myself, but I think I may have found what I am looking for.

I find this to be the closest module to use -zoneTable rate: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&cPath=40_51&products_id=695
