Adding a new Field into the Product DB
I hope this is the correct area to post.
To start out slowly on this, I would like to add one more item to the Product_description DB and add that field to the Admin>catalog>product page.
I know how to alter the existing DB. My question is, which files(php) are used when bringing up the Product page in the Admin area.
Under the Product name, I want to add a "Product Shank Size" field, and be able to fill it in.
Im not worried about the other areas of accessing it or using it, I just want to be able to add that item, and be able to add/delete it along with the product.
