Urgent Help Needed - Prices Not Carrying to Cart!

I've been on this ALL day... when you are not logged in and add Salemaker products to cart, price is as it should be, but the minute you log in, the price reverts to regular price (non sale) in the cart. If you are already logged in and add to cart, the prices appear on the product page as they should, yet still revert to regular price in the cart.

I have reset Master Categories, I have reset Price Sort, I do not have any products priced by attributes, and I have no linked products. I deleted and readded my sale and still nothing.

Salemaker config:

Deduction: 10%
Apply SaleDeduction to Specials Price - Otherwise Apply To Price

Anyone? I have a customer complaining and is about to leave and it's a BIG sale I'm losing if I can't figure this out and fast!

Could you give a specific example of an URL where this is happening?

It's on every product no matter which one. I have someone looking at it... apparently it ONLY affects customers who have been assigned to a group for group discounts. I see you created an account, let me switch you to a discount group so you can see what I mean.

Do a quick switch to Classic Template ... does it still do this?

What add-ons do you have that might be affecting pricing and such?

I don't think any of my addons affect pricing... I have Better Together, Quantity Discounts (currently turned off).... Group Pricing (stock)...

OK figured it out... somehow when I got the upgrade we installed group pricing by item mod and it was acting up... since I only ever used the stock ZC group pricing, we removed this and all is right in the world again!

Thanks for the update that this was due to the add-on that you were using and that turning that off/removing it could fix the pricing problem ... :smile:

LOL! Since I was too chicken to attempt to upgrade the store myself I hired someone to do it and didn't know that this addon was put in there!
