New Products Listings

This is a weird one. I am using the ZC_Silver_Wide template and I have New Products set to 12 in Admin. It loads but then reduces back to only three.

When I load the regular ZC_Silver template, I get all 12.

What's the difference?

OK. I just discovered that there is a + and - button on the top right of the box. How do I set this to be at maximum by default?
