Oh, and one more thing... I also use the ShareThis (from sharethis.com) code plug in and it Does Not cause any problems. Perhaps Wishpot should use a similar coding model as ShareThis and then life would be good... :clap:

I've just installed Wishpot on a test site and have found a problem in IE, I am not sure if it's related to the issues described previously in this thread.

Basically the problem is that placing an order using internet explorer is failing to pass on product attributes with the order. I am just waiting top hear what version of IE is being used. I have reproduced this issue in IE 7 however.

I'm new to Zen Cart and so unfortunately have limited knowledge about it and the implementation that I am working with, although I can tell you that we have Products with attributes stock installed.

Have you gotten any feeback on this yet? I am looking for a Wish List system to offer to my customers, and havent really be able to find anything that will work with Zen Cart.

Have you gotten your issues fixed? All of my products contain attributes, and it would be a pain if they couldnt transfer over when the customer wanted to purchase.

No I never got any response, as I have been learning about Zen Cart this forum hasn't been a whole lot of help! My boss bought a paid wish list add on in the end, but it was dire, poor quality and after trying to get the author to fix all of the problems, we ended up heavily modifying it ourselves to make it work, so I wouldn't want to recommend it!

We release updates to the button script from time-to-time, including some new graphics, but it's not always the case that the zen-cart plugin is able to be re-packaged and updated in step with the updates. So, please let me at least point you to our updated documentation. The current version resolves the nested form issue from some time ago among other things:

If you're technically inclined, the modifications can be made in the tpl_wishpot.php file.

Several months ago we added support for multiple currencies, including support for price alerts on non-USD products.

The button also supports alternate currencies by providing a "Currency" input with the ISO 4217 currency code value.

If all of your products are in the same currency (ex. GBP), a slight tweak to the tpl_wishpot.php file to add this line should do the trick:
