Need Help with my Website

I used an Easyshare camera to upload pictures and when you clicked on enlarge picture the picture size was 3072 x 2304...it filled the computer screen and then some...having trouble resizing the images, but, now when I was playing with the settings in images- the whole website disappeared...don't know what to do...have version 138.a I am really new at this,possibly this is a little bit over my head. everything seemed to be working not too bad until I had the image problem, but now, that the whole site is gone, don't know what to do...my www. is https://www.auntybuntyscloset.com would appreciate if someone could really tell me what to do...I have been doing this about 2 weeks off and on...been having trouble since I started...lamapa:smile::

Your output is cutting off right after the categories sidebox. What sidebox do you have set to display below that? Perhaps it is trying to do something impossible with an image...

Try removing the image all together...did this help? If so, I would start by resizing the image.
A free program that can resize a pic, and is easy to use is Irfanview. I also use Gimp, but find Irfanview easier to resize my pics for some reason.

My largest pics are 640x480. Yours is much larger than that.
Remember to optimize your pictures for faster website viewing.

I wonder if the picture actually broke the site, or if was something else you changed around the same time. I know when I first started, I made a lot of changes at one time, and didn't know which one screwed up my site. Now, I make ONE change, FTP it to the server, and see how things look. I use Notepadd++ for editing, so if the change I made doesn't work, or breaks something, I can just undo the change....even after saving the file.
Also, you may want to get Winmerge to compare files. It comes in handy for finding changes you have made.

Hi, It is me again. I have since deleted all my images. now, in the admin panel, at least the pages comes up. on site, it does not. i went to image handler 2, could I have done something there I also went to attributes, but I don't remember doing anything. On images, I have clicked one dimension= 0, calculate image size=true, and use proportional image s on product and category. I was really fooling around with the image page on the configurations. Still the site cannot go up, only in the admin. I don't even have a clue on what to do....thanks for any help....https://www.auntybuntyscloset.com

DEAR GJH42, i have new products under the category. but it comes up on admin. as I mentioned above, have deleted images. now, comes up on admin, but nowhere up. are the images deleted, it says that they are on the server and they can't be deleted. but they are not showing on the page....thanks...

dear fellow handbag seller, IT WORKED. Deleted all pics. Found a resizer program,free, still a few bugs, but now i have 20 images to resize then upload. thanks again.....lamapa

I see it is getting better, but I wonder....

When I land on your home page, if I hit the refresh button, every time I get a different page. One time it is just the header and partial categories sidebox, the next is header, categories sidebox,new products, reveiws, and the information sidebox. Then after a refresh, I get the same, but a picture shows up in the new products box. another refresh gets me your whole site with all your products and right sideboxes.

Another efresh gets me back to the original page I landed on with the header and partial categories sidebox.

It is a constant loop....

Someone who know more than I may know what is causing this.

Can someone look at my website and tell me what is causing the problem...I am a newbie at this and getting frustrated. I have tried all what little I know. I had my pics too large, i have since deleted them. I went to an optimizer program and tried resizing them, a few worked, most of them did not. Don't know what to do. should I give up or what Maybe try another kind of program, perhaps this is too advanced for me....

Don't get too discouraged yet....I am sure it is something someone here can figure out. Try switching to the classic template and see if things are better. Go to admin/tool/template selection.

If the classic template works, it is something with your template or edited files. Did you set up your overrides folders to keep your edited/custom files in?

just to let u know, the classic template does not work. I am very new at this. do not know where the override folders are...

Just to let you know,WAS hacked into a few days ago with a SQL injection......think that has something to do with the site not working....
