Filter Results Box Disappears after initial filtering if one or no items show up.

Don't know if this is a bug or something that can be adjusted but here is what happens.

If I click on the "Test 10% category there are 5 items listed. 2 beginning with "A", two beginning with "M" and one beginning with "T". If I filter results by either "A" or "T" then I can still continue to easily filter results another time since the Filter Results by box still appears at the top of the page.

However if I filter the results by "T" then the one "T" item shows up, but the filter results box disappears. Additionally, if I filter the results by any other letter (where there is no item), no results show up and also there is no filter results box at the top of the page.

This happens consistently with all catergories. Essentially then if a customer filters results and happens to find 2 or more items he will be able to easily filter results again because the box will be there. However, if there are no items or only one item, the filter results won't be there making it difficult to continue to try to find items.

So does anyone know if this is intentional, a bug...or something that can be adjusted?

Thanks, that solves half of the problem. Now if there is 1 item following the initial filtering, the filter box will show up. However...if there are no items...then the filter box still does not show.
