admin login not working

ive been thru all the setup and its installed. ive set up all the admin settings etc. when i get to the adminlogin page and i type in the user name and password it just goes blank.

ive used the recommended code to reset the username and password but it still wont let me log in.

any thoughts?

this is driving me nuts ive ben back and checked all the files are all changed to 777 (read/write/execute). well the ones they said to change...please i need help :(

If the page goes blank, as in a white screen ... it sounds like a bad file or files in your /admin or one of its subdirectories ...

In the Free Software Add Ons Downloads is a Debugging tool ... search for Debug ...

Load that as instructed and it should help identify the errors you are getting ...

NOTE: If you have not changed anything in the /admin files ... reload it to your site ...

If you have made changes, try the Debugger first ...

You could have issues on the configure.php file ... try turning off the Enable on the secure and see if you can log in ...

You could just need to delete your cookie for your site on your computer or clear the cache or restart your browser or a combination of all three ...
