Hi all,

im trying to get rid of the white block which says home to the left hand side of the white box...

the white box sits under the main header... I need this to disapear... I went into layout settings and it is already switched to 0... aka off.

What now? is there a way to remove this manually?

I have the same problem. In fact, I need to merge top header (home/login) + banner + categories bar. Any help? Thanks.

Looks like I have solution to your problem (not mine though)

In Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Turn off Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF setting. Worked for me.
