How to remove certain sorting method of New and All products page

At the All and New product pages, I want to remove the option of 'sort by product desc' as I think it is not useful. How can I achieve this?

That isn't Product Name - Description ... that is Product Name Descending ...

You may wish to just change the wording on that ...
