Blank space below footer
What does one do to keep the body background color above the footer white, but below the footer as black? I put a black border around my footer but on some screens it shows an unsightly white area below the footer. Is there a way to say extend bottom border to cover this area?? Or, to set your page to a default 100% height of screen??
