Anyone with Hostmonster that can help me configure?

I am having a problem configuring my email from zencart to my host. I'm not receiving ANY emails and I just can't seem to figure out what I am doing wrong...maybe the transposr method is wrong hostmonster says "Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)"

I just can't figure this out :frusty:

HostMonster are recommended zencart host and should
be helping you out here BUT without seeing your actual zencart settings via admin/email difficult to advise.
However try setting
E-Mail Transport Method to PHP

Above is my own(with false email added)
Your server port is different, plus couple of others that you can compare to your own..
am assuming that domain email address you have entered has been tested and works?

If using this:

E-Mail Transport Method PHP

Then this part doesn't matter as it will not be used:

SMTP Email Account Mailbox [email protected]
SMTP Email Account Password ***********
SMTP Email Mail Host mail.chrissiescustomcreations.com
SMTP Email Mail Server Port 26

But for security reason you should use the default for the SMTP settings or nothing at all.

I'm using SMTPAUTH for email transport and use 26 for SMTP Email Mail Server Port.

most hosts allow smtp on port 25 and 26 ( this is due to the restrictions placed by ISP's on port 25 )
