do you mean the log file in cache? it is still the same:

Without knowing for sure what all you have installed and modified. Have you tried to install SO 3.0 on a brand new install of zencart with a new database to see the results if it works?

No I have not tried this yet. But even if it works, finally I need to use the old database again, so the problem would still exist?
I am thinking about uninstalling 3.0, then reinstall 2.0 to see if it works. If it works, then I upgrade to 3.0 again. What do you think?

1 more question, if I simply delete the file:
lcsd_merged_packing_slips.php
What will I lose? I am not using packing slip function at all. Is there any other bad consequence?

First I would try installing this on a fresh install to see if it works fine which I am sure it will. Without knowing what other mods you may have installed (which could conflict) maybe an issue as well inside your database.
Want to list them from your prior 1.3.8a I be happy to browse over them see if any possibly are conflicting.
If you are using a fresh install of zencart and only using the old database to build it then all you need to do is run the uninstall_super_orders_prior_versions.sql this will remove the prior version of SO 2.0 out of the database. Have you installed anything else other then SO 3.0 with the new 1.3.9h Install?
If not remove all files that come with SO 3.0 from the installation and then try resinstalling it after those files are removed.

If you have to remove this file to make this work then this tells you there is something wrong I do not recommend or endorse you using any mod without its complete file set.
I would find the problem and put in the solution first.

You need to re-check that ALL the admin class files were uploaded in your install..
Not sure how you upgraded, but if you overwrote the files and did not run the upgrade SQL that could cause issues..
If that doesn't work, I suggest rolling back to the version of your store prior to the Super Orders upgrade and then carefully following all the upgrade steps again.. You also need to check that you've make all of the required changes for the Zen Cart 1.3.8 to 1.3.9 upgrade.. We did not test this version on Zen Cart 1.3.8 at all so there might be issues if your Zen Cart upgrade is incomplete..

Not to mention you will find out that you will get errors elsewhere in using Super Orders.. I agree with knuckle-101 this is not a recommended course of action.. Take the time to find and fix the REAL issue with your install..

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
I have installed some mods before SO3
But the only mods that affect Admin are:
Easy Populate
Export Shipping Order
They both did not over write original installation files of 1.3.9h
I will try to roll back to 2.0 and upgrade again.

You might want to double check that all the required changes to upgrade from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9 are correct and that you do not have any of the files that must be removed when you upgrade still in place..
THEN try upgrading again..

I actaully installed a clean 1.3.9h with a new database, then upgrade the database from the old one. Then install the mods. What kind of files I must remove? Would you please give me a link or other hints, thanks!

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Thanks for the great upgrade.
1.I am currently using COWOA and any orders that are COWOA orders I get this at the top of the superorder detail page:
Quote:
//Begin COWOA Edit //End COWOA Edit
Is this normal or should I be seeing something else?
2. Also I am looking forward to your updates regarding the pdf packing slips. I currently use the PDF order center as well as super orders because of their great handling of the print and update of order status in one step. Plus I can choose to print just packing slips or just invoices or I have option to print a packing slip AND invoice in one simple step. It has the packing slip without prices and is a "true" packing slip and the second page is a true invoice with amounts etc.
3. Why is the paypal orders not automatically get set as paid? The authorize.net orders are set correctly. This is going to add a new task to keep the site up to date if we have to update each order manually with the paypal payment information. I can understand when there is an e-check involved that takes a few days to clear via paypal but the instant payments is going to be quiet time consuming!
Thanks

This is actually not the right place to have a Zen Cart upgrade discussion.. However, the Zen Cart docs file lists all of the files that have changed or are considered obsolete in Zen Cart 1.3.9..

It's a minor error and I believe I fixed it in the next upgrade (I'm waiting for feedback on the PDF packingslip..

We're not making a TON of updates to the PDF packingslips.. We're merely fixing some issues/buglets identified by users as follows:
- Correct the product attribute display
- Wrap long product and model names
- Enable the display of order comments

There was a fair amount of discussion amongst those of us involved with the SO v3.0 development about the display of prices on packingslips. It was pointed out that packingslips with prices included is not an unusual design at all, and that some major online vendors (such as Amazon) do in fact use a similar type of packingslip design. Ultimately we opted to focus on making the PDF packingslips work in a similar manner to the Super Orders invoices (with regards to supporting the display of taxes).
For now the PDF packing slips will remain a part of the Super Orders batch printing function and Super Orders batch status update is a completely separate function.
PDF Order Center has a very different PDF print center, and for now there are no immediate plans from the developers involved with the v3.0 of Super Orders to develop anything similar for Super Orders..

PayPal auto payments is already a part of the v3.0 code.. It will not go back and update any PayPal paid orders that were already in place before you installed Super Orders, but the code should capture any PayPal payments after Super Orders is installed.. If it's not working please let me know and I will take a look at that..

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
I currently use the "Reward Points" addon. So when I go to view an order it shows the "Reward Points earned", BUT it shows it as an amount.
Example:
Instead of showing "Reward Points earned: 6" it shows it as "$6.00" instead.
Anyway to fix that?

I'm not sure how the Rewards points module works and more importantly how it interacts with Super Orders.. It's likely a minor correction needed, but I don't know if it's a change to be made on the Rewards Points side or Super Orders side.. I'd suggest checking in to the Rewards Points support thread and see what the developer there suggests.. Post the link to the thread you post there so I can join the communication onthis matter if needed..
Also can you post a screenprint so I can see what you see.. Do you get a similar display on the default Zen Cart invoice..

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
I currently use pdf Order center ty tracker and now put super order on our site. I have kept PDF order center as it doesn't interfer and I really like the pdf output etc.
Also I really love that when you update a order and send an email you can have the email subject reflect the new status i.e instead of
Order updated #5555
you get:
Your order #5555 has been sent
Plus you can customise this via the language file and add any additional order status and text etc.
Before I put on super orders I was able to move over this ability to ty tracker and it worked great but I am having trouble with super orders with ty tracker integrated.
For it to work with ty tracker I copied over the definitions from the pdfoc.php lanuage file into the tracker.php lanage file
Code:
$pdfoc_subject[1] = 'Your order #%d has been received';
$pdfoc_subject[2] = 'Payment for your order #%d has been received';
$pdfoc_subject[3] = 'Your order #%d has been sent';
$pdfoc_subject[4] = 'Here is an update on your order #%d';
$pdfoc_subject[5] = 'Your order #%d has been cancelled';
Plus updated it to suit my needs then I made the changes to the email section of ty tracker: (admin/tracker.php)
Found:
Code:
$html_msg['EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_PLEASE_REPLY'] = str_replace('\n','<br />', EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_PLEASE_REPLY);
//For zencart 1.3.0 and earlier (uncomment next 3 lines)
//$html_msg['EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_COMMENTS'] = $notify_comments;
//$html_msg['EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_UPDATED'] = str_replace('\n','', EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_UPDATED);
//$html_msg['EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_LABEL'] = '<strong>New status:</strong>';
zen_mail($check_status->fields['customers_name'], $check_status->fields['customers_email_address'], EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT . ' #' . $oID, $message, STORE_NAME, EMAIL_FROM, $html_msg, 'order_status');
$customer_notified = '1';
//send extra emails
if (SEND_EXTRA_ORDERS_STATUS_ADMIN_EMAILS_TO_STATUS == '1' and SEND_EXTRA_ORDERS_STATUS_ADMIN_EMAILS_TO != '') {
zen_mail('', SEND_EXTRA_ORDERS_STATUS_ADMIN_EMAILS_TO, SEND_EXTRA_ORDERS_STATUS_ADMIN_EMAILS_TO_SUBJECT . ' ' . EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT . ' #' . $oID, $message, STORE_NAME, EMAIL_FROM, $html_msg, 'order_status_extra');
Replaced with:
Code:
$html_msg['EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_PLEASE_REPLY'] = str_replace('\n','<br />', EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_PLEASE_REPLY);
$email_text_subject = sprintf($pdfoc_subject[(int)$status], $oID); // $pdfoc_subject[] is defined in admin/includes/languages/<language>/tracker.php
//For zencart 1.3.0 and earlier (uncomment next 3 lines)
//$html_msg['EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_COMMENTS'] = $notify_comments;
//$html_msg['EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_UPDATED'] = str_replace('\n','', EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_UPDATED);
//$html_msg['EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_LABEL'] = '<strong>New status:</strong>';
//zen_mail($check_status->fields['customers_name'], $check_status->fields['customers_email_address'], EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT . ' #' . $oID, $message, STORE_NAME, EMAIL_FROM, $html_msg, 'order_status');
zen_mail($check_status->fields['customers_name'], $check_status->fields['customers_email_address'], $email_text_subject, $message, STORE_NAME, EMAIL_FROM, $html_msg, 'order_status');
$customer_notified = '1';
//send extra emails
if (SEND_EXTRA_ORDERS_STATUS_ADMIN_EMAILS_TO_STATUS == '1' and SEND_EXTRA_ORDERS_STATUS_ADMIN_EMAILS_TO != '') {
//zen_mail('', SEND_EXTRA_ORDERS_STATUS_ADMIN_EMAILS_TO, SEND_EXTRA_ORDERS_STATUS_ADMIN_EMAILS_TO_SUBJECT . ' ' . EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT . ' #' . $oID, $message, STORE_NAME, EMAIL_FROM, $html_msg, 'order_status_extra');
zen_mail('', SEND_EXTRA_ORDERS_STATUS_ADMIN_EMAILS_TO, SEND_EXTRA_ORDERS_STATUS_ADMIN_EMAILS_TO_SUBJECT . ' ' . $email_text_subject, $message, STORE_NAME, EMAIL_FROM, $html_msg, 'order_status_extra');
A similar edit to the admin/funcations/extra_functions/common_order_functions.php is not working. Do you have any ideas. One thing I did notice in the common_orders_functions.php there isn't a line
Code:
zen_mail($check_status->fields['customers_name'], $check_status->fields['customers_email_address'], EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT . ' #' . $oID, $message, STORE_NAME, EMAIL_FROM, $html_msg, 'order_status');
but rather
Code:
zen_mail($customer_info->fields['customers_name'], $customer_info->fields['customers_email_address'], EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT . ' #' . $oID, $message, STORE_NAME, EMAIL_FROM, $html_msg, 'order_status');
Am I in the right file? What am I missing?

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Sorry I have another question in regards to COWOA and super orders. I understand that you are doing an update with the bug fix but I was wondering how to incorporate the email function that COWOA has - this is the code from admin/orders.php:
Code:
//send emails
// BOF COWOA SEND ORDER_STATUS EMAIL
if (COWOA_ORDER_STATUS == 'true') {
if ($check_status->fields['COWOA_order'] == 1) {
$message =
EMAIL_TEXT_ORDER_NUMBER . ' ' . $oID . "\n\n" .

EMAIL_TEXT_DATE_ORDERED . ' ' . zen_date_long($check_status->fields['date_purchased']) . "\n\n" .
strip_tags($notify_comments) .
EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_UPDATED . sprintf(EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_LABEL, $orders_status_array[$status] ) .
EMAIL_TEXT_STATUS_PLEASE_REPLY;
$html_msg['EMAIL_CUSTOMERS_NAME'] = $check_status->fields['customers_name'];
$html_msg['EMAIL_TEXT_ORDER_NUMBER'] = EMAIL_TEXT_ORDER_NUMBER . ' ' . $oID;

What would be the code so that I can incorporate into super orders in admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/common_order_functions.php??
As this code sends out a different email for COWOA accounts and normal accounts due to the fact that COWOA orders they do not have access to order history etc

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
And if you are happy with those features you absolutely should continue to use PDF Order Center.. PDF Order Center from what I've seen is a little different than Super Orders..

A similar edit to the admin/funcations/extra_functions/common_order_functions.php is not working. Do you have any ideas. One thing I did notice in the common_orders_functions.php there isn't a line
Code:
zen_mail($check_status->fields['customers_name'], $check_status->fields['customers_email_address'], EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT . ' #' . $oID, $message, STORE_NAME, EMAIL_FROM, $html_msg, 'order_status');
but rather
Code:
zen_mail($customer_info->fields['customers_name'], $customer_info->fields['customers_email_address'], EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT . ' #' . $oID, $message, STORE_NAME, EMAIL_FROM, $html_msg, 'order_status');
Am I in the right file? What am I missing?

What would be the code so that I can incorporate into super orders in admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/common_order_functions.php??
As this code sends out a different email for COWOA accounts and normal accounts due to the fact that COWOA orders they do not have access to order history etc

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Hi,
I just have a fresh install of zencart 1.3.9h, with a new and clean database mysql 5.0 but the same problem still exist.
I have NOT installed any other mod. I just installed Super Order 3.0
However, when I uploaded all core folders and files, my admin page becomes blank. Log file shows a message:
[11-Jan-2011 06:57:27] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/content/l/o/c/xxx/html/xxx/xxx/includes/functions/extra_functions/lcsd_merged_packing_slips.php on line 35
Please help!!

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Okay so I found something that will help guide me through the merges needed.. Gimme a minute to incorporate them for you and I'll post the file here.. I thought this was included in the SO fileset.. (if it wasn't my bad! sorry..) I will make sure this is included in the next update.. (should be posting it this week)
PM me and I can give you instructions on getting the next release this week if you like..

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
I can't replicate this error at all.. Did you double check that your install was correct and that all the files are in the right place??
Also try re-downloading the Super Orders files again.. It's possible that there was some file corruption in your download or even when the files were uploaded..

I am quite sure that the zencart installation is correct, I have installed other mods in my previous installation without problem. I also tried to redownload and reupload the SO3 files again. All I need is the 2 core folders rite? and sure I have rename the admin folder. Anything that I would miss?
Will there be any conflict with other database in mysql? I have an orignal database which is live, and 2-3 database created these 2 days for testing.

1 more point, even the admin/login.php returns blank page

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
There is NOTHING in the PDF packingslip file that should cause the error you are describing...
UNLESS
You are not running PHP 5..
:huh:Doh!!! I was tired and busy as heck on Saturday when you first posted.. Don't know why I didn't PAY ATTENTION.. :laugh: I sorta just generally assumed that mosts hosts no longer supported PHP 4.. My bad..
In the testing environments of ALL of the beta testers and developers of this mod we were all running SQL 5.2 or better and PHP 5.2.x or better.
This mod was specifically tested to make sure that it was not only PHP 5.3 compatible, but backwards compatible for those hosts still running PHP 5.2.x. If your hosting environment is running a version of PHP lower than 5.2.x than THAT would be the reason you are getting this error.
Your server is probably currently running version 4.x of php. Do you have the ability to upgrade? Who is your hosting through? Most of the major hosting providers (Godaddy, ipower, gator, etc) have some form of 5 running. Sometimes you can switch between version 4 and 5.

I appreciate your help a lot, thanks!
I am using godaddy hosting. Any idea where I can check and change the php version? I am very green about it.
thanks!

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Ahhh GoDaddy.. Dunno why they still allow PHP 4 on their servers.. But that is why they aren't a favorite hosting company 'round these parts..
Contact GoDaddy.. They'll be able to walk you through it.. I'm afraid I don't host with them so I don't know what their upgrade procedure is.. PLUS.. a detailed discussion on how to update your hosting environment is off topic for this support thread..:smile: (I hope you understand..)
Once your hosting envoronment is updated to PHP 5, you should find that this error goes away.. :smile:

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Thanks for your reply.
I just log in godaddy and checked that the php version is PHP 4.x
I knew it maybe off topic, but would you let me know, if I upgrade it to PHP5, will it probably matter to other mods? Besdies, does the PHP version has anything related to the database?
I am going to contact godaddy for upgrading the PHP
Thanks!

Dunno:wacko:.. I will be happy to discuss how a PHP5 upgrade will affect Super Orders (though you have already seen that 1st hand). However, a full blown discussion on how PHP5 will affect your other mods is off-topic and is really a subject for the support threads for those other mods you are running..
OR
you can create a seperate thread on JUST that topic with details of the mods you have questions about.
Contact GoDaddy.. They are the best folks to help you upgrade..
In the meantime, I will be updating the Super Orders documentation for the next release to to include information on which version of PHP and mySQL are supported..

I have upgraded to PHP5.x and the admin page is working normally now! great thanks!
however, when I run super_orders_install_v30.sql, there is an error message
1060 Duplicate column name 'split_from_order'
in:
[ALTER TABLE orders ADD split_from_order INT DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL, ADD is_parent TINYINT (1) DEFAULT '1' NOT NULL;]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.
It maybe due to I have tried installing SO2.0 for testing before. But I am sure I have already run uninstall_super_orders_prior_versions.sql, I also run super_orders_uninstall_v30.sql
but there is still error message. Thanks in advance for your time
-
Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
You have three options:- Re-Run the uninstall SQL again (please note any errors you receive) and then re-run the install script again..
- Run the install script again and skip the code that is causing errors
- Using your database admin tool (most hosts use phpMyAdmin) go in and reverse all the changes made to the database to support Super Orders and re-run the install script
(sorry I cannot provide detailed instructions on how to use phpMyAdmin - if you are not familiar with working directly with the database, you should get someone who does to help you with this or you can seek a professional and pay them to do this work for you)
Now that said, this is only a test store, and we could spend A LOT of time figuring out how to fix this error (it is exactly as it reads.. the column already exists - proably a result of your previous install efforts) and why you can't get the install or uninstall scripts to work, but I think for a test store this is a waste of your time.. TRULY what i sugest is that you rolll this entire test store back to a vanilla Zen Cart install. Start over with your Super Orders install and then you can move forward (finally).

Paypal orders are NOT getting auto payments for orders AFTER the upgrade. These orders are still have a balance due!
Thanks for any assistance as this is going to be annoying!

In your PayPal settings under Modules --> Payment --> PayPal IPN do you have your PDT token set
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...1&postcount=12
Usually this is the most common problem with PayPal returns. DivaVocals and myself was running through this exact method awhile ago and the return was placed has it should so checking the PDT token settings make sure it is placed.

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Well I had to take off the entire super order 3.0 as I found out that only firefox users on a mac could see my products. Everyone else was getting blank pages. So not happy!
I thankfully had a full backup of the site files before the upgrade and I used the uninstall sql from 3.0 and then ran the install for 2.0 superorders. But now my problem is that my ty tracker is not showing i.e. I am now getting a blank page when I click to add tracking id from my admin area.
YES I did remove the configuration admin flag from the configuration table.
So I really want to have my ty tracker back working - any ideas?

Well without knowing what error was shown in your error log when you got the blank page there's no way to address this issue.. It's not an error/issue we encountered in our testing, and we cannot replicate it..

Can you clarify what admin flag you are referring to.. If you are referring to the one in Ty Package Tracker admin, then this thread is probably not the right place to discuss Ty Package Tracker specific issues.

There is nothing in the Super Orders uninstall SQL which would affect Ty Package Tracker..
The uninstall script does the following:
Removes five Super Orders specific columns from the orders tables:
- date_completed
- date_cancelled
- balance_due
- split_from_order
- is_parent
It also drops the following Super Orders specific tables:
- so_payments
- so_payment_types
- so_purchase_orders
- so_refunds
- payment_purchase_order
- payment_check
- payment_check_balance
It removes configuration settings added specifically for Super Orders
-- Store Phone and Fax numbers
It then removes the Purchase Order payment module
-- Purchase Order payment module configs
Finally it removes the Super Orders configuration group
None of these changes would affect Ty Package Tracker.
Again if the issue is with Ty Package Tracker, this thread is probably not the right place to discuss Ty Package Tracker specific issues, and you should post in Ty Package tracker support thread, but I'd double check your Ty Package Tracker install first.

I'm not clear on why these two changes were made:
download_reset_off is now download_reset_on
icon_green_on is now icon_yellow_on
The yellow icon indicates 'expired' on the legend for downloadable products so it seems confusing that the button next to the downloaded products is now yellow since the downloads are definitely 'active' (green on the legend).
When I press the button it resets the the number of times the file can be downloaded. I've always had odd behavior with that button in general even on the baseline zencart orders panel. It's not a feature we've needed (ie I have no expiration date for downloadable purchases thus no reason to 'reset' their downloads) so it's possible I just don't understand how it's supposed to work :)
Since I sell a lot of downloads I want to make sure I understand why I'm putting this change in so that we don't use it incorrectly or encounter unexpected behavior.
Thank you!
Sorry for the delay in answering, I have been swamped at work.
If you have a Green Icon and you click on it, it will set the download to expired and replace it with a yellow icon. If the icon is yellow and you click on it, it will reset the file to the default amount of days it should be available as if it had just been purchased and change the icon to green. I made the change as when I was testing it originally, it didn't work as I thought it should. I remember I also had to correct the database for this area as well as it was wrong because of the original code.

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
What a fabulous module.
I am just wondering if the 'Model' column can be moved back further to the right closer to 'Tax' column.
It's causing my printed invoices to almost double in page number when printing larger orders because of the text wrapping. It didn't used to do that as the 'Model' column used to be much closer to the 'Tax' column.
How can i fix this?

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
And in the name of making sure that everything is all "tidied up"
Let me close out this issue.
The issue being reported here is NOT caused by the missing ?> at the end of the packing lcsd_merged_packing_slips.php. Closing ?> at the end of php files was removed from MANY Zen Cart 1.3.9 files, and the Zen Cart admins explain why in this thread here:
Some of my PHP files are missing the ?> at the end of the file
Now that said.. Propel's issue is MOST likely a result of running Zen Cart on a PHP 4 server as outlined in this post.
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...&postcount=133
This would cause the system to error out on the lcsd_merged_packing_slips.php file.

Chances are lcsd_merged_packing_slips.php is generating an error because there is some file it needs that was not loaded properly..
Based on what I THINK you mean by "entire admin doesn't work" I assume you mean that the admin goes blank when the lcsd_merged_packing_slips.php file is in place?? (It helps to post EXACTLY what happens so I don't have to interpret) If my assumption is correct, you need to post what the error log file that would be generated when you get the blank page says.. (log files would be located in your "cache" folder) Once we know what the error is, then I can guide you on resolving it..

You can take a look at the super_invoice.php file and play around with the header widths for the products details section.. You want to make sure the total of all values adds up to 100.

Thank you so much! That did the trick, it looks great now.
One more question..
Is there a way I can make the invoice and packing list sort by model to make packing easier for our staff? I believe right now it's sorted in the order in which the customer enters.. it's making packing hell for my staff especially on busy days and large orders with hundreds of items.

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Ok so I am back with Super Order 3.0 as I found that I had a problem with a word press integration I put on that was causing a lot of issues for my store and for the most part Super orders is working. The only few issues I am having is the following:
- It is not recognizing payment from paypal - I am using paypal express but I do not have the express paypal button active on the shopping cart only on the payment page as a payment option - I do not use paypal IPN - stick of all the paypal stuck order issues we had last year.
- When I do a refund via the super order area it runs the refund but I get a blank page (I have to close the browser window - I dare not please the back button). I go back into the order and the order shows the refund and then I check my merchant account and it have been processed there - so it is sort of working I just hate the blank page it makes be nervous and the following was in the cache log file:
[13-Jan-2011 15:49:42] PHP Warning: session_start() [<a href='function.session-start'>function.session-start</a>]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/---/public_html/admin/orders.php:2) in /home/--/public_html/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 114
[13-Jan-2011 15:49:42] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/--/public_html/admin/orders.php:2) in /home/--/public_html/admin/includes/init_includes/init_templates.php on line 28
[13-Jan-2011 15:49:43] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/--/public_html/admin/orders.php:2) in /home/---/public_html/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 22
3. When a customer logins in the store they see the "hidden " admin comments (I have ty tracker installed) in their order history page of their account.
4. The comments in the order update in the html email are stripped of all line spacing and the links as just plain text if I do the update via the super orders interface (text version of the order update email is fine and has hyperlinks)- If I use the ty tracker interface to send the order update email both html and the text version look great.
I really like the potential of this module so I want find the problems and fix them.

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Item 1
We are working on this and once we figure out why this stopped working we will update the module accordingly in the downloads section. No I do not have an ETA.. As always, I will post updates on this support thread as we submit updates to the module.
Item 3
If you updated your install from Super Orders v2.0 Rev 48a, AND you applied the files in the "Optional Edits" to your store, you will need to replace the /includes/modules/pages/account_history_info/header_php.php with the default Zen Cart 1.3.9 version of this file. In v2.0 Rev 48a we attempted to add support for "hidden" comments. This support is NOW built into Zen Cart 1.3.9 and we made the appropriate changes in Super Orders v3.0 to support this making this previously modified fiel obsolete.
This was inadvertently omitted from the readme file, but posted about in this support thread. I will update the readme for the next version to reflect this change.
Bottomline is that Super Orders does indeed support hidden comments EXACTLY the same way that the default orders.php does. This has little to do with whether or not you have Ty Package Tracker installed or not.. Any additional questions you may have related to Ty Package Tracker need to be re-directed to the Ty Package Tracker support thread.
Item 4
I will take a look at this and if I can confirm this is an issue we will address it and make the appropriate changes needed and submit the updates to the downloads section.
Now last but not least...
Item 2
You are not going to like hearing this, BUT....
Unfortunately, the likely root cause of this error is because of another modification you have made in your store (inadvertently or intentionally).
It's POSSIBLE that this is related to your WordPress Integration issues. (the "headers already sent by" is a common WordPress error. This is particularly true if you are using the WOZ module which makes changes which could cause this error -- in which case you should try to track down the cause by posting your questions inthe WOZ support thread) Since I cannot see your store files I cannot say for sure what is cause of the errors you are getting..
I can say this for sure, it's likely that the error you are reporting "headers already sent by" is caused by something UNRELATED to Super Orders. Super Orders is not the cause of the issue, rather Super Orders is ILLUMINATING an issue whose source is elsewhere in your store.
Do a search in the forum for "headers already sent by" and you'll see this.
I did a Bing search and you can check out some of the threads on this error. Perhaps one of them contains the key to the source of the issue:

Within the research results I found this post which includes some information and links from DrByte:

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Zen-Cart 1.3.9h (fresh install, no update)
Super Orders v3.0 (fresh install, no update)
(No additional add-ons at this time; using on local machine test server, o/s Windows Vista, with WAMPSERVER)
Apache Ver. 2.2.11
PHP Ver. 5.2.2
MySQL Ver. 5.0.45
############################################################___
I looked thru this thread to try and find a solution to the one error I found so far, if it is truly an error, and not a mistake I made when uploading, I did not not find any reference for it (the sql file was copied and pasted, when installed).
I am receiving the following error when I click in Admin on: "Reports", "Orders Awaiting Payment":
"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in C:\wamp\www\XXXXXXstore\XXXadminXXX\super_report_await_pay.php on line 392"
I am still learning PHP and SQL, however, I don't know what this is referring to. For if I am looking at line 392, what I am seeing is:
391 <?php
392 } // END if ($report_type)
393 ?>
It's true, no orders have been placed since this is on my local test server, so there would be nothing to see, as far as waiting for payment. But wouldn't I see a different error, and not one relating to code in my browser?
Any help would be appreciated,
Thank you

1. Look forward to the update
2. Found the problem it was an extra line at the top of the file of /admin/orders.php
3. Going back to the default zencart version fixed the problem - thanks for that would never in a million years looked there!
4. If it is isolated to just me do you have any ideas what would be causing the line break stripping?

Thanks
Using Developers Tool Kit, under Tools in Admin, looking for "//Begin COWOA Edit //End COWOA Edit", I found that the problem is in "admin\super_orders.php" lines "1082 and 1135". For some reason the "//" in front of "Begin COWOA Edit" and "End COWOA Edit" is not hiding those notes in the code, so it shows on the page when you click the "details" button to review the order.
What I did to temporarily hide it from view, until the reason for it is found out and fixed in an update, was to use "<!-- xxxx -->".
Hope this helps :cool:

Appreciate the help.. this has already been addressed in the update I am working on.. as I posted earlier this and other fixes will be in the next update.. and to be CLEAR this is ONLY in the files that were bundled specifically for FEC or COWOA.. This does NOT affect those not using these mods and the files for those mods included in the Super Orders fileset..

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Status on the upcoming release (highlights):
Super Orders Auto Payment Generation for PayPal Orders:
So after a LOT of trial and error, I was able to fix the PayPal auto payments code.. Still dunno why the code in the current v3.0 fileset worked on my client's store.. (and still does) But no matter got it all working. Felt I needed to explain HOW the PayPal auto payments will be generated so that it is CLEAR how this functionality will work.
A Super Orders payment record will be auto-created for PayPal paid orders if:
- There is no existing Super Orders payment record for the order
AND
- The PAYPAL payment status is "Completed"
IF BOTH conditions are true, then a Super Orders payment record will automatically be created for the order.
NO AUTO PAYMENT will be generated if:
- There is an existing Super Orders payment record for the order
OR
- The PAYPAL payment status (NOT THE ORDER STATUS) is NOT "Completed"
The benefits to this are two-fold:
- Super Orders payment records will generate for older orders now.:clap: (All you have to do is open the target order and the Super Orders payment record will be auto created for you!!)
- Super Orders will not inadvertently generate a Super Orders payment record until the PayPal payment has been completed and cleared by PayPal. (preventing orders in which the payment is NOT "Completed" from being inadvertently marked as a paid order when in fact it is not) When the PayPal payment status is updated (an automatic Zen Cart function), then the Super Orders payment record will automatically be created!
Credit Card Auto Payment Generation Tweak:
I decided to update the class file that auto generates Super Orders payments for credit card paid orders based on Blindside's post here:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...&postcount=207. (just the part of this code which relates to credit payments.. PayPal auto payments are handled differently)
I meant to include this in the v3.0 release, but it slipped my mind..:laugh:
I liked the fact that it no longer hardcodes the credit card codes, and instead relies on the data in the Super Orders payments types table. IF a NEW credit card type is supported by Zen Cart, the only thing Super Orders users need to do is to create a corresponding Super Orders payment type (the Super Orders payment code must match the corresponding credit card as it does now for supported credit cards).. This is loads easier for all I think!!
This will help keep people -- particularly newbies -- "out of the code" just to update the module.. Having to edit module files is often where things go wrong for newbies:smile:..
Just so it's clear -- Auto payment generation for credit cards is slightly different than the new PayPal auto payment generation.
Auto payment generation for credit cards happens at the time of checkout. While PayPal auto payments are generated when the order is accessed from the Super Orders management screen.
The reason for this difference has everything to do with the general assumption that credit card payments are collected at the time of the sale, while PayPal payments may not be confirmed until 24-28 hours after the order is completed.
===============================
Got a lot ready for the next release (these are just some highlights).. I still have a few buglets left to grapple with.. I'll post here when I have additional updates on the next release.. (Please don't ask for an ETA.. I have to fit this work in between all my other obligations.. I am working as fast as my free time allows folks.. But I am hoping you will see something REALLY soon!:smile:)

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Well...it's a huge mod (in terms of how much it does) and a very cool one to boot! Since it ties in to some of the most complex operations in Zen Cart, it's bound to need a few re-visits to the code :smile:
I just love it! I'm just so grateful to you and the other developers who have worked/are working on it for all of your hard work in developing, improving, and most of all supporting it!

Thank you and you're welcome..:laugh:
Actually the biggest challenge in the v3.0 release and the thing I have been hammering on all day today for the upcoming bugfix release has been trying to get all of the Super Orders functionality to line back up to the equivalent default Zen Cart functions. The default orders.php which Super Orders is based on has changed a bit since Super Orders was first released..
The biggest PITA has been getting all the various comment editing and updating functions to behave like the default orders.php, or just behave as expected.... (this includes not only order comments, but the batch status comments, and the comments editing functions as well)
The good news is that I think that I have finally worked out the LAST of all the comments bugs/functionality issues. This includes all the formatting, notification misfires, and other functionality issues that have been reported over the years.:clap:
I have more testing to do for other items that will be included in this bugfix release so I don't think that I'll be able to submit this tonight.. I may not have the bandwidth to finish the testing and bundle this all up for at least 1 week. I really want to make sure that I do a FULL proper QA of the code before it's released, and I need time to do this as my paid work and dayjob come ahead of free modules work..
So I appreciate everyone's patience..:smile:

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Using the advanced search facility of Free Software Add Ons, SuperOrders3.0 is not yet listed amongst the mods released since 1st December 2010.
Not a criticism, just an observation.

Not a criticism, just an observation.
And not taking it as a criticism since this is not something I can control.
But since you posted this, it this isn't really a Super Orders issue.. You should address your concerns with the Advanced Search functionality of the Free Software Add Ons with the Zen Cart admins.. That search function only returns results when the search criteria matches the FIRST released date (as opposed to the last modified date -- which is why Edit Orders v3.0 is listed while all the updated modules I submitted at the SAME time are not)
You'll simply have to check back this on thread when the update has been submitted. As I always do, I will also post when the update is available in the free downloads.

I wonder if it would work by renaming Super Orders to SuperOrders3. Just a thought.

Only if I had submitted Super Orders 3 as a BRAND new module.. It technically was not brand new. Hence why it was submitted as an update (as it really is that).. We started a new support thread as the old one is quite long, and most of what's posted there in terms of bugs and enhancements was incorporated in to the v3.0.x codebase.
This is kinda off topic here, but you are probably wondering WHY Edit Orders wasn't submitted as an update.. Let me explain so the FULL story is clear..
Edit Orders v3.0 was a different story. It was submitted as a new module because at the time I submitted it, it was presumed it would be a new seperate release.. At the time we were in the middle working on an Edit Orders update (based on the v2.04 codebase in support of the Super Orders v3.0x release) there was a gentleman who began working on development of Edit Orders based on the Edit Orders v1.53 codebase.
Now as you know, Edit Orders v3.0.x was based on Edit Order v2.04 which IS the upgrade to Edit Orders v1.53.
This gentleman had declared in the old edit orders support thread that all versions of Edit Orders v2.x were considered by him to be a fork of v1.53, and that his development path was not going to be based on the Edit Order v2.0x codebase at all. He would in effect be starting with the v1.53 codebase and based on his statements, he would be developing Edit Orders v1.5x on a seperate path..
Therefore any release I did based on the Edit Orders v2.04 codebase would technically be a NEW release. To minimize any confusion, and allow both dev paths to continue on, I was advised to submit Edit Orders v3.0 as a NEW mod.
The other gentlemen did post two releases based on the Edit Orders v1.53 codebase (v1.54, 1.55). Coincidentally both of these releases were withdrawn from the Free Downloads after v3.0.x was released. According to the other developer's forum posts, he apparently will develop this on his own and release the final codebase at a later date.
Hope this all makes sense now.. In any case you should speak to the admins about how the Advance Filter on the Free Downloads works if you have concerns. I will always post the latest status for new/updated Super Orders releases here in this support thread..

Let me add one more thing.. There are no plans to submit Super Orders as a NEW module under a NEW name when it is in fact NOT a new module at all.. It is in fact an UPDATE to Super Orders, and the VERSION number was advanced because the changes in v3.0 ARE significant changes and they warranted a new version number.
We've got no plans to rename it simply so that it shows up in a "newly submitted" module search. That would be akin to MS renaming MS Word because they've made significant changes to the product. MS doesn't do this, and we don't have plans to rename Super Orders for similar reasons.
It seems that what you need is to see new modules as well as UDATES to modules show up in your Free Downloads advanced searches. Therefore, you might consider asking the admins if they have plans to add a last modified date option to the Advanced Seach criteria in the Free Downloads section. That would get you the solution to what you are looking for. Like I posted earlier.. This really isn't a Super Orders issue.. Suggest speaking to the admins regarding the Free Downloads search functions..
HTH..:smile:

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Hi,
I may have missed it in the readme, but will SO 3.0 install fine into a 3.8 Zen store?
Or will I need to install the 2.0 version.
Thanks in advance,
Will

We did not test Super Orders on a v1.3.8 install.. I cannot say for sure whether it will or WILL NOT work on a v1.3.8 store.. It's possible that it will work, but again, we did not test the new version on v1.3.8 stores.. As posted earlier in this thread Super Orders v3.0 will NOT run in PHP4 environments (must have PHP5)

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Hoping someone can please help.....
I upgraded to Zen Cart 1.3.9h and Super Orders (v??) stopped working so I downloaded Super Orders 3.0.
I followed the installation directions to the letter and, at first, it seemed that everything was back to normal.
But, now I notice that, when I print the order detail, I get the following error message near the bottom, near where the Order Status History table should appear:
ORDER STATUS HISTORY & COMMENTS 1054 Unknown column 'track_id1' in 'field list'
in:
[select orders_status_id, date_added, customer_notified, track_id1, track_id2, track_id3, track_id4, track_id5, comments from orders_status_history where orders_id = '3402' order by date_added]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.
-----------
I found some threads that referred to what appears to be a similar error, but quite honestly don't understand what is being said. I think I am pretty good with Zen Cart, but I'm certainly not a professional web designer, so please make your responses on the "idiot" side and help me find and fix the error.
Also, I have reinstalled Super Orders twice just in case I had a corrupt file, but that also didn't help.
Thanks in advance!!

If you are referring to these two posts:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...3&postcount=14

The error means that you have not followed all of the install or upgrade instructions..

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Hello I have a question about the customer files. If Iunderstand correctly does super_customers replace the default customer files?
I've been trying to add the referral mod but it just won't take. I'm going crazy and just looking for some guidance. Does Super Orders affect the way accounts are created at all? Thank you.
-
Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
super_customers.php has NEVER done anything and was in fact removed from the v3.0 fileset.. (this is elaborated on earlier in this support thread..)
Super Orders doesn't do anything more except provide an enhanced version of the default orders.php.

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
OH I must've missed that! Okay, that might help...but I'm still stuck. Thank you.
In the Super Orders mod is there a place that reflects "removed" files from previous versions that can be deleted? Like the super_customers file?
And just to verify, since super_customers does nothing, does that mean I can delete it?

That's why.. v3.0 of Super Orders uses the NEW 1.3.9 commenting logic, and as such the v1.3.9 comments graphics are different.. Dunno if adding the new 1.3.9 comments graphics alone will be enough.. You'll need to test that the new comments functionality works with v1.3.9. (As I've stated previously we did NO testing of the new v3.0 Super Orders with Zen Cart 1.3.8)

BTW.. I never saw the attached image (un-necessary at this point), and it's likely you are missing both the new Zen Cart 1.3.9 language definitions as well as the graphics..
-
Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
I was kind of hoping/figuring a simple definition file was missing. As you say, may it's just the '1.3.9 language definitions as well as the graphics'.
I appreciate the help though.

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Hello Diva et al, Thank you for the great job. Don't know which thread to post to so I posted in both sorry if this is wrong.
Zen Cart 1.3.9h
Database Patch Level: 1.3.9h
PHP Version 5.2.15
super_orders_30
edit_orders_v3.02
better_together_2.3a
jscroller_sidebox_package_2-1
return_authorization_v2-3-3a
order_total_insurance by Numinix
userCurrency (when a customer logs in currency is auto selected)
simple_google_analytics_ver1-2-2
corner_site_seal_1.0
FR-lang-zen-cart-v1.3.9-1.0 (not being used)
Everything works great, no blank pages no error messages. I have looked through both forums for others with my situation but no luck.
I use Super Orders and Edit orders to simply add a serial# to the product description line. The Edit order page comes up fine except that the tax is set at 0% beside the shipping charge.
http://www.marinemagik.com/scr.jpgIf I do not insert the correct tax rate before I update the total gets reset to no tax on shipping. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Hello,
I have been using super orders for a while. Recently upgraded the sore to the latest 1.3.9hp1 and reinstalled the latest super orders together witht he Edit Orders 3.03 and everthing sems to be working great, I am a happy camper.
There is however one small thing which it seems to have been overlooked - when it comes to replacing the original Orders with Super Orders.
In the Configuration->Shiping/Packaging there is a setting to turn the comments:
"Display Order Comments on Admin Packing Slip" which can turn off the comments.
I usually ship with only the packing slip in the package and I do not want to have the comments there - in case a customs officer opens the package he does not need to see my customer requesting to lower the value of the customs invoice...
I can use the original orders for now and print out the packing slip from there - the above switch will remove the comments on that page.
Please let me know if there is a quick clean fix for this.
Thanks.

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Reinstalled SO 3.0 several times and, yes, installed the SQL upgrade. None of this helped.
Finally, I installed ty_package_tracker and now everything works fine.
-
Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
It is likely you got this error because you ran this SQL file when you installed Super Orders: super_orders_ty_tracker_upgrade.sql and set the value to the Ty Package Tracker switch to TRUE.. This would enable the tracker fields and without having Ty Package Tracker installed you would have gotten the error you reported.. Installing Ty Package Tracker only solves the issue because you activated the Ty Package Tracker fields when you did NOT have Ty Package Tracker installed (which the readme CLEARLY states is required to use the Ty Package Tracker integration options)

Let me stress something here so that it's CLEAR.. With regards to the mod integration options: You are NOT required to install ANY Edit Orders, Ty Package Tracker, FedEx Automated Labels or USPS Click-N Ship to use Super Orders.. You can use Super Orders even if you don’t use these other modules. That said turning on the admin flags for mods you DO NOT have installed WILL CAUSE ERRORS IN YOUR STORE!!
BUT...
If you are running any of these mods, you don't have to tear your hair out trying to get the correct Super Orders code merged into the Super Orders files to use these mods.. Install them as normal and TURN IT ON in the Super Orders admin (Ty Package Tracker will need to be turned on in the Ty Package Tracker admin)
In support of this new release there are updates to Edit Order and Ty Package Tracker that are now available in the downloads.. (See the Ty Package Tracker and Edit Orders respective support threads for details on those updates -- PLEASE do not post non Super Orders related questions here..)
Finally we are also supplying the properly merged files needed for those running FEC and COWOA. (no admin flags for these mods.. simply use the provided pre-merged files for these mods)

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Hey Diva :)
I ran across something interesting that perhaps you can assist me with.
I've been poking around an invoice, a packing slip, and a PDF packing slip with Firebug to help me figure out what code in which files I need to alter to make some basic design changes (i.e. move my logo, change some text size/font, etc.
Anyway, when I was looking at the code for the logo in the packing slip, I discovered that there's a link attached to it (or rather, the logo is attached to a link).
When I click the link, it leads to a 404 page not found.
Question 1: Should the link be there? And if so, how do I make it functional?
Question 2: If I move the logo, is there some other graphic the link should be attached to...like a button perhaps?
Here's the code:
Code:
<td class="pageHeading" align="right">
<a href="super_packingslip?oID=1131&reverse_count=1&">
<img border="0" title=" Empowerment Sanctuary Logo " alt="Empowerment Sanctuary Logo" src="images/logo.gif">
</a>
<br>
Packing Slip
</td>

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Further research reveals that the above html output comes from line #86 of admin/super_packingslip.php. Comparing line 86 from the file on my server to the original file in the SO original file set indicates that the code is as it should be.
Code:
<td class="pageHeading" align="right">
<a href="<?php echo FILENAME_SUPER_PACKINGSLIP . '?' . zen_get_all_get_params(); ?>">
<?php echo zen_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . HEADER_LOGO_IMAGE, HEADER_ALT_TEXT)?>
</a>
<br>
<?php echo TEXT_PACKING_SLIP; ?>
</td>
What I don't understand is:
1. Why is this link attached to my logo?
2. Should the link be functional and if so, how do I fix it?
3. If I move my logo, should I just move the link with it, or should I replace the logo image with another image or some text?

What I don't understand is:
1. Why is this link attached to my logo?
Dunno.. Super Orders is over 4 years old and this may have been here from it's inception.. No clue was the intended purpose for the link..
2. Should the link be functional and if so, how do I fix it?
Dunno since I don't know the original intended purpose of the link. And given that I didn't know this link was even there or the purpose it was supposed to serve, I don't know if it needs to be "fixed". Besides, what on earth would you want to link to from the packing list??:smile:
3. If I move my logo, should I just move the link with it, or should I replace the logo image with another image or some text?
T
his is up to you.. Since I am unsure why the link is there or what the original authors intent was I don't know that this is a mystery that needs to be resolved.. You can simply remove the link code if you don't want it.. or if you want to link to something from the packing list you can (though I can't image what you would link to:smile:
)
If you replace the image, you need to replace the admin logo (which is what is being called here), and leave the image code as is..

I have installed this version in my store but keep finding an error in the debug logs when i am using the pdf package slips print button:
PHP Warning: strcasecmp() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in <admin folder>\includes\functions\extra_functions\common_orders_functions.php on line 31
I keep thinking this is because its called in <admin folder/super_batch_forms.php>
Code:
$selected_oids = zen_db_scrub_in($_POST['batch_order_numbers']);
Anyone else sees this error?
tested fixes yet?
thanks,
jeroen

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
This question could also apply to the base Orders option, but I'm asking here since it could possibly (hopefully) result in an enhancement to Super Orders. Here goes ... why do the 'Refund Transaction' and 'Void Transaction' functions require me to input values that are either already in the database (last 4 digits) or could be stored in the database with a little effort (trans ID and auth ID)? Why force the user to enter them in order to do a refund or void when they could be saved with the order and retrieved when a refund or void is needed?
Thanks ... Bowen

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
1. Why is this link attached to my logo?
Dunno.. Super Orders is over 4 years old and this may have been here from it's inception.. No clue was the intended purpose for the link..
From the code, it looks like it's some sort of sort in reverse type functionality....although...what one would want or need to sort on a packing slip, I can't imagine!
Right??
3. If I move my logo, should I just move the link with it, or should I replace the logo image with another image or some text?
This is up to you.. Since I am unsure why the link is there or what the original authors intent was I don't know that this is a mystery that needs to be resolved.. You can simply remove the link code if you don't want it.. or if you want to link to something from the packing list you can (though I can't image what you would link to:smile:)
My thoughts also. I'm going to go ahead and move my logo and dump the link code. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't dumping something important/necessary simply because it didn't make any sense to me.
Thanks much! :smile:

Re: Super Orders v3.0 Support Thread
Hi Diva,
I have a question about customizing PDF packing slips.
I'm aware that I can change the default logo to my own logo through the SO config in admin...however, it advises to keep images to a specific size for best output. I prefer to use a banner logo, plus that gigantic font "Packing Slip" text just bugs me.
What I really want to do is get into the header portion of the PDF and take out all the space holders, pre-existing text, and white space and replace it with a banner logo.
The problem is that because it renders in the browser as a PDF, I'm unable to identify which file to edit.
Can you point me in the right direction?

Ouch, not even when you select 2 or more orders and hit the print button? I may have bumped in the old "error behind keyboard" then, grmblll...:lamo:
