Re: EZ Pages Rewrite Error
I just did a clean install of ZC 1.3.7 tweaked a few things and got everything all setup and happy, but have one little glitch which I'm wondering if anyone else has seen?!
When I enable/check the Core: EZ Pages option in the Url Plugins I get this error in the catalog
Code:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getCachedValue() on a non-object in /home/testshop/public_html/includes/classes/seo/seo.url_plugin.php on line 68
Any idea whats going down on that one? It works fine if I turn that off, just the url for the ezpages ends up as http://www.testsite.com/page.html?id=4&chapter=0 which does still work, so no harm no foul.
I will also submit this on the bug tracker for anyone interested.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
on a clean install 1.3.7, the only modification has been the seo contribution.
with the FIX:
Mar 2nd, 2007 Mar 2nd, 2007 Class CoreAdvancedSearchResultSeoUrlPlugin cannot inherit from undefined class CoreAdvancedSearchSeoUrlPlugin
If I search for 1 word, the results appear ok, with two terms then there is a problem...

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Hi Folks.
I think i'm having a thick moment with the install of SEO URLS.
I've followed the instructions, changed the html_output file, uploaded the files and created the .htaccess file
I can see the seo urls menu in admin and everything seems to work ok untill i turn it on
i keep getting a 'Page Not Found' error when trying to access any page and it keeps coming back to the sitemap page.
Sorry for sounding like such a noobie on this one but i'm stuck. Could anyone throw some light on this one or point me in the right direction?
I'm using Zen Version 1.3.7 and the current version of seo urls.
Any help would be grately received.
Thanks in advance
Mark :)

Please report bugs to the bug tracker.
I will only look at and fix bugs that are reported there.
Well, ok you don't *have* to report bugs there, but if want them fixed, then yes, you must use the proper channel. I'm not trying to be mean about it, but things going where they belong makes the chaos somewhat manageable. :P

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Just in case anyone isn't yet hip to the bug tracker for this mod, Josh confirmed and fixed that search bug last night. Hats off to you, Josh, for insisting all bug reports go through the tracker -- and for addressing them with an obvious sense of urgency. This method is vastly more effective than having bug tracking mixed up with hundreds of disorganized and non-bug-related posts from windbags like me. Nothing against this forum; I'm just glad we also have the bug tracker.
I have a selfish reason for encouraging others to look closely at their sites' behavior and report CHEMO'S 3.0.0 bugs. The sooner we find those bugs, the sooner Josh kills them. I can't speculate as to how soon we'll see the production release, but I am eager to implement it on all of my Zen-Cart sites.
Cheers,
Sean

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Hi,
Is there a place to download and view bug fixes?
Is there a place to download the latest version each time updates are made?
I'm getting a bug with Paypal IPN, simply being redirected to paypal main page when checking out. You may view this bug on my website :
www.netskyrunner.com/index.php
Any corrections made on this bug, is it a bug, are you getting the same problem. Do you think it should ne notified as a bug on the Bug Tracker?
Cheers.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
If you're browsing the bug tracker, you probably already found this -- but just in case, the specific bug you're talking about is addressed on bug #16. Click the Attached Information tab to get the patch.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Hi, I just downloaded the version from the downloads section and installed it on 1.3.7 which so far seems fine other then issues with french characters.
The version on the ZenCart site, is this the same as Chemo's Ultimate or is there a few versions floating around?
-
Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Doh,
Kinda hard reading 65 pages to find out in the end the version in the download section is not supported anymore :shocking:
Maybe we can add notes to current downloads so all can not make the same mistake and install something because we of course don't have the time to read through thousands of threads.
Anyhow, gather I need to unistall the 2.103 version and then install the latest rev of this.
Can someone point to the latest stable release download please.
Thanks in advance
-
Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
IntelCos,
The new release is still in Beta, Dreamscape is planning to release Beta 2 very soon.
It is considerably better than the old version (Yeah, I went there too :) and is (as you will know from this thread), being debugged.
I am just building, going live in a week, so as it is for me an not someone else, I am taking the decision to run with the Beta version. From what I have seen, Dreamscape is very good at what he does.

Chemo's Ultimate SEO URLs 3.0.0 beta1 is working great for me, though I can't say whether it has been tested enough to qualify as "stable."
If you decide to install it, there are explicit installation instructions in the guide (included in the download). Dreamscape's link to the download is at post 523. The guide also contains a link to the bug tracker -- where you'll find patches for fixed bugs.
I have no idea how soon Dreamscape will release the next version, but it may be worth noting the bug reports have slowed in the last couple days.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Beta 2 should only be a couple days away. Its release is waiting more on me to add a few things to the manual than anything else.
-
Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Well, nice to know this after 18 hours of trying to figure out why...lol
What can I say, I have little time to run threw threads, but do my best until frustration slaps me.
I tried to remove the 2.103 and ended up with a sht load of issues, so I reverted it back and left in as unpublished until I can re-think this through to make sure I don't do another 18hr eyeball.
I can see from the thread that support is good, but having to guess whats good from the dl's is like a snake on a plane...lol
-
Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Watching with great interest for that Beta2 release, Dreamscape.
I know what you mean wrt "the mods guessing game," Cos. I still have a permanent red hand-print on my forehead from the last time I assumed a mod would do what it was supposed to.
All in all, I still find the Zen-Cart experience less frustrating than commercial software. 'Nuff said.
-
Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Wondering if you folks can offer a guiding light to me. Shop up and running, technically OK.
The problem is I have some deep links from way back, that I want to direct to the new sale page. for example I sell pictures and calenders on behalf the Himalayan Trust Now the old page is toast, so I put this line into my .htaccess:
redirect 301 http://www.eshopone.co.uk/Himalayan/...yan_trust.html http://www.eshopone.com/smx/himalayan/tembusummerhil/
(all one line).
Just ignores it. Is that because the wrewite engine is set?
Is there a way round this?
Thx in advance.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
I am a new user and still trying to decide if this module is something I'm going to be able to install. It seems like a good idea on one hand, but what's spooking me is a tidbit of info that was given to me by a user named "samad64":
Quote: "recreate sessions needs to be turned off in admin for this mod to work properly"
Is this true? And if so then, forgive me for my ignorance, but isn't this a security risk? I recall reading something on these forums saying that recreate sessions should always be left on in Admin. I don't recall all the reasons why (I just turned it on and let it be), but it was something about customers being able to click into the site and shop under someone else's account or people hitting the login page and finding someone else's name there.
If someone would please clarify this for me I would very much appreciate it.
-
Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
I have Recreate Sessions enabled in my shops and am having absolutely no problems whatsoever.

Is this true?
Dreamscape fixed that one in the 3.0.0 beta1. You can install the beta and obtain necessary patches from the bug tracker, or wait until the integrated release. I'd skip the one in the Downloads section, which (as of this posting date) has the recreate sessions bug.
I'm half asleep, but I'm sure Dreamscape detailed the conditions for recreating the problem -- if not in this thread, then in the bug tracker. You will find a link to the tracker in the documentation that comes with the beta. And you can find a link to the beta in one of Dreamscape's posts in this thread -- 2 or 3 weeks ago, I think.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
I've got a couple of oddities with 3.0.0-beta1
I've got (for various reasons) several products with the same item name.
If I turn on the SEO URLS then I can never get to a specific item - I can only drill into a list of objects matching the item name (and clicking on them just loops back to the list).
If I have category with a single item in it then I get a time out from Firefox which reports:
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
Anyone else come across this?

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Did that fix both problems? Here's the message I was just about to send, for whatever it's worth:
Quote:
My 3.0.0-beta1 places the ZC product ID in the URL, e.g.
/Clutch-Head-Screwdrivers-p-17688 ... this prevents identically named products from generating identical URLs.
As for single-product categories, Steve, I have no problems there either.
Are you sure your server meets all of the prerequisites for Chemo's? What do your configuration settings look like? Assuming the server requirements are met and configuration settings are right, submit a report on the bug tracker (if you haven't already). That Josh is one fast debugger. :wink2:
Speaking of Dreamscape, I must be one of several folks anxiously awaiting the next Chemo's release. Josh, if you're reading this, do let us know if there's anything you need that we might provide.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Actually I don't think its working properly at all!
Its giving me urls like:
index.php/product_info?products_id=45
when it is turned on, and
/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=35
When its turned off.
So I turned on a few more of the core modules and it now seems to be working OK.
Not sure why none of the core modules are enabled and of course the PDF for those isn't written yet
-
Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
In that case, Steve, I would definitely post a complete report on the bug tracker. Even if it turns out to be something other than a bug, it can't hurt.

As far as I know I meet the requirements for the modification.
If I try to use mod_rewrite with the .htaccess file I get exactly the same problems.
Oh well...

Hi,
I've posted this issue in the Admin Profiles Section of the forum, and this issue happens when I install Admin profiles, and then later on trying to use this plugin, it does not appear in the menus. Just wondering if anyone has any methods of working around the issue that allows me to display the SEO menus in admin....
Thanks

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
When I saw this yesterday, I was elated -- I thought it meant Josh had published the successor to 3.0.0-beta1. Then I followed the link in Kelvyn's reply and realized I already have the most current release.
Has anyone heard how Dreamscape is faring? I'd gladly offer cash or gourmet chocolates for a timely and bug-free production release -- though I don't know if either would speed completion.

Sounds to me like you need to modify the SEO admin boxes code the way they tell you to in the directions before the box will appear on the menu.
This is one of the more obscure aspects of Admin Profiles--which I love--that you have to keep in mind with every installation of a new feature that has an admin box.
This from the Admin Profiles install:
Step 4: (To view admin pages that are not part of the standard Zen Cart installation)
** This step is only necessary if you have added your own pages to admin or use third party contributions **
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A well constructed contribution will either add to or provide a "box" file (located under admin\includes\boxes or admin\includes\boxes\extra_boxes). You will need to manually edit the relevant file, following the existing pattern. A step-by-step guide to this can be found in the file updating_box_files.txt including in this release package.
When additional pages for third party mods are encountered, they will be added to 'admin_files' table and will appear in the third party mods section at the bottom of the Admin Profiles page.

Once you have the box modifed properly Admin Profiles will auto scan it and put it in your menu list.
The first time you select it and try to go to any feature page that is required, Admin Profiles will detect the file, probably tell you you don't have access, then add a checkbox in the Admin Profiles permissions management page down at the bottom under 'other'. Once you have been denied, go there, see the new box, give yourself permission to access the page for that feature.
It may take a number of trips as you poke around SEO to find all the pages and get the permission to access them set up.
I'm sure that if you have not done this step of enabling the box that you will find that it solves the issue you are describing.
Let us know...

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Far as I can tell, Beta1 works great with the patches/bug-fixes via the bug-tracker. Beta2 should be here any day, or so I've heard. Whether you install Beta1 or wait for Beta2, read the Guide carefully -- especially with regard to installation and configuration instructions.

Actually, there isn't much to it. 4 of the 5 patches available are file replacement you only need to apply code changes in one file and it's not that bad.
If you can not wait for the next release, install the beta version and apply the changes. If you read the guide the link to the patches/bug report is inside the guide.

It is a beta release and so is being made available for you to test and not for installation on a live site. Here are the very sensible things that the developer, dreamscape, has said about it. Dreamscape has put in place a very good system for reporting and fixing bugs, so you don't have to worry about that.

You have to upgrade to the 3.0 beta to benefit from the fix for the login issue or turn of recreate session in admin. There is no patch you can download to fix that problem. The fix is part of the core in 3.0beta.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
I see from the Last Seen list on the bug tracker that Dreamscape was on yesterday evening, but he's conspicuously quiet these past couple weeks. My installation involved a few bug reports (bugs were quickly confirmed and fixed) and one or two screw-ups on my part ... so while I'd love to offer you a bid, I wouldn't recommend myself for this one.
There are programmers in the Zen-Cart support forum who know their way around an Apache server and know how to make short work of your installation.
If he's available, though, you want Dreamscape to do it -- simply because he is already familiar with his mod.

1054 Unknown column 'c.parent_id' in 'on clause'
in:
[SELECT c.categories_id as id, c.parent_id, cd.categories_name as cName, cd2.categories_name as pName FROM categories c, categories_description cd LEFT JOIN categories_description cd2 ON c.parent_id=cd2.categories_id AND cd2.language_id='1' WHERE c.categories_id=cd.categories_id AND cd.language_id='1']
Any thoughts?

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Try the commercial forum for that sort of help. You are not meant to ask for commercial help in the usual forums. I have found that there are some great programmers available who can install mods for you.
I have perhaps foolishly gone live with a site using the latest version of Dreamscapes beta, That said everything is workinbg fine, just waiting to see if google spiders it OK...
Google has been round taken a few MB, but the new pages are not listed in the current database yet.
Everything else seems to be working just fine :) Good mod. One most do not seem to recognise the value of.

Rupert,
How the heck are you going to sell Men's suits online? Considering Alterations and such. I worked in a tuxedo rental store when I was just a lad.

Ha, 'Bin doing it since 1999 :)

I keep thinking I should try something easier, but there are enough peope who can buy off the shelf, as as pure ecom, I can off excellent Value for money.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
So Chuckl, you're saying that Chemo's Ultimate URL's and Ultimate SEO is the same mod?

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Sorry Birdoasis, I missed your question there. Long day. Please take what follows as vague recollection, not definitive history.
Chemo is Bobby Easland, who wrote an SEO mod for OsCommerce a while back. This was/became Ultimate SEO URL's for OsC, and Chemo is generally acknowledged to know a little bit on the subject.
Someone possibly Dreamscape? ported this to Zen Cart, where it became known as Chemo's Ultimate SEO URL's , I guess to acknowledge the lineage from the OsC mod, and as tribute to Chemo.
This was changed and modified to continue working with each new version of Zen Cart by Dreamscape , and in the version 1.3's Dr. Byte did some work on the files.
The version 3 beta is a rewrite to address some of the creaking from the upgrades and shortcomings of the original.
There was another SEO mod for Zen Cart called I think SEO that just works? but I'm not sure of the status, as I've never used it.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Submitted bug:
If there is slash(s) in product names (/) the link is broken.
Suggestion: encode product names
this may also happens if file names contain slash

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Grr, can't edit my post. Anyway:
Until Dreamscape fix this, hot fix for online stores:
Run this sql query:
update zen_products_description set products_name = replace (products_name,'/','put_any_character_you_want_to_replace_by')
I chose "|" so I use:
update zen_products_description set products_name = replace (products_name,'/','|')

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
I am stuck with the extention /?products_id=490 what have I done wrong? I removed the files from the old version of SEO url
added the following to .htaccess
Quote:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
# Seo Urls version 3.X
# Don't rewrite real files or directories
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.+)$ index\.php?seo_url=$1&%{QUERY_STRING} [L]
and added tp html_output.php
Quote:
/**
* Seo Urls zen_href_link replacement
*/
function zen_href_link($page = '', $parameters = '', $connection = 'NONSSL',
$add_session_id = true, $search_engine_safe = true, $static = false,
$use_dir_ws_catalog = true) {
return $GLOBALS['SeoUrl']->buildHrefLink($page, $parameters, $connection,
$add_session_id, $static, $use_dir_ws_catalog);
}

URLs are already being URL encoded.
You can also enable the strip invalid character plugin to clean up the urls some.
-
Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Thanks for typing all that Chuckl,
Especially after a long day.
I guess my confusion is that this thread is called Chemos, and the mod in the download section is called ultimate SEO with the link to dreamesacpe.com/drbyte.
Now I understand, and am going to pour my brain into the glass in the bathroom for the night.

*** BUG REPORT ***
I browsed through the bugs reported, but I did not see this one. On the test site I have set up, when SEO is turned on, when I hit the add to cart button on the product info page, it takes me to the shopping cart page and says the cart is empty (or in other words it will not add the item to the cart). When I flip off Ultimate Seo's, I can add items to the cart again.
Thanks

Voltage, haven't ever seen that. is that when you are logged in as a customer, or just browsing? i.e. normal or secure mode?

I just checked, I was able to add an item to my cart then log in and pay for it with no issues. I don't see what you might be having issues with could you explain in more detail what you are doing?

Re: How to Uninstall Ultimate SEO URL's
Hi,
I am trying to uninstall this contribution and though I have deleted all the files and the database table, the SEO URL's category and control panel is still showing up in my admin and I am getting this error:
Warning: call_user_func(zen_reset_cache_data_seo_urls) [function.call-user-func]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback in /hsphere/local/home/frangade/frangadesigns.com/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 1538
Can anyone tell me if any other files were automatically changed when I installed this contrib? I've double and triple checked to make sure I deleted all the seo files and can't figure it out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What type of issues were you experiencing? Is this a bug with the mod or a local setting issue? If it's a bug, is logged so Dreamscape can take a look at it?

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
I haven't had much time to trace the problem, but here is what I am experiencing so far:
zen_ez_pages_link(5,0,true,true,false)
returns
http://www.myshop.com/-ezp-5.html
which creates a page not found error when attempting to access it.
The native ez pages footer links are fine and ez page 5's link comes out fine as:
http://www.myshop.com/title-of-ezpage-ezp-5.html
And that link works fine.
in /includes/functions/functions_ezpages.php its called like this: (creates bad link)
Code:
zen_href_link(FILENAME_EZPAGES, 'id=' . $ez_pages_id . ((int)$ez_pages_chapter != 0 ? '&chapter=' . $ez_pages_chapter : ''), ($ez_pages_is_ssl=='0' ? 'NONSSL' : 'SSL'))
in /includes/modules/ezpages_bar_footer.php its called like this: (creates good link)
Code:
zen_href_link(FILENAME_EZPAGES, 'id=' . $page_query->fields['pages_id'] . '&chapter=' . $page_query->fields['toc_chapter'], ($page_query->fields['page_is_ssl']=='0' ? 'NONSSL' : 'SSL'))
The only difference I could see was that the zen_ez_pages_link() function doesn't fill in the chapter if its 0. Would this make the EZ Pages URL Plugin choke? Pretty pathetic I know, given how easy this would be to test, but if I try it in my current state I could end up uploading it to someone else's server
Unfortunately I have been coding for about 14 straight hours. My mind is fried and I need sleep immediately before I pass out and wake up tomorrow with keyboard dimples on my forehead that last for a week.
I'll check back at it tomorrow and get into it if nobody figures it out before then. I haven't posted it to the tracker as a bug yet, as I cannot clear the fog out of my head long enough to get to the url!
Of course its always possible that this isn't actually a bug, and I'm not even here typing this post....Its happened before ya know!
Until Later!
Wes

Given my current state of mind and lack of sleep, I have no idea why I am trying to answer this, but I had a similar problem happen in seo.url_plugin.php. Couldn't figure out what the H was causing it so I just wrapped the offending line in
Code:
if (isset(offending->object) {
...offending line of code...
}
I know its a terrible band-aid solution, but it worked for the problem I was running into...
DISCLAIMER: I am suffering from the effects of sleep deprivation, so this advice should be considered pretty bad. As with most things in life, your mileage may vary.

If you used the extension .html at the of url string for the last version of seo url remove it and it will work. I was using ez pages sidebox to link reviews, new products etc and noticed that the .html etc was causing problems.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
The order goes through, every step seems normal, I was redirected to Paypal, made payment the come back to checkout_success, the only difference:
I don't receive any payment, and the customer is not charged.
This happens after I upgraded to 1.3.7 from 1.3.6 and the new seo url.
My first attempt was to turn off seo url and it works. Any suggestion on how to fix it?

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
jonisolis,
The new beta works just fine with them.
It might be you need to specify a chapter, but I seem to remember when I tried that it defauted to zero, so the above problem might be a local problem.

Dreamscape say do not use it on a live site... I am.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
The Beta 1 works fine with the EZ Pages, or at least I haven't had any problem with the EZ Pages. But that is because the core ez pages header and footer doesn't use the zen_ez_pages_link() function in /includes/functions/functions_ezpages.php.
I still wasn't able to figure out why the zen_ez_pages_link() function doesn't work, but the EZ Pages headers and footers do work without a problem.
The cart that is having the problem was built from the ground up starting with 1.3.7, and the only version of Chemo's I have used was this BETA 1 version of v3. So there isn't any left over rubbish from v2.
Strangely, EZ Pages SEO links don't even work if I try to generate them directly using zen_href_link(), but somehow, someway, they ARE working on the header and footer, and I am still at a loss for whats happening, having gone through both the footer code and the zen_ez_pages_link() function.
For now, I have many more important things I have to shift my focus to at this time, but will turn my attention back towards it when I get some more time.
Thanks Kelvyn for the cumulative update there, its a real time saver for everyone involved. I'll go through and patch things up and see if that affects anything.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
I need help with rewrite condition/rule for all the old index product music type. The old version 2.103 was modified to support product music type but the beta version support product music type out of the box.
I'd like to rewrite this:
Code:
RewriteRule ^(.*)-pmi-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=product_music_info&products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L]
Which generated some like this: http://www.clevershoppers.com/alive-...d-pmi-180.html
To use the new rewrite function.
I tried the following code using the logic in the Guide but it doesn't work.
Code:
# Music Product Type Pages from Ultimate Seo Urls version 2.1 to 3.X
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-pmi-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=product_music_info&products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]

If you put rules to send old 2.1 urls to reg. ZC urls to be rewritten as 3.x urls, make sure you put them *before* all other rules, including the 3.x rules. I went to your site and noticed that *-pmi-([0-9]+).html is being picked up by some other rule, which would explain why it is not working, because it isn't getting a chance to run. ;-)
If you have several rules to change 2.1 to 3.x, you'll have to play around with the order to get it right. For example the generic 2.1x to 3.x rule should be the last 2.1x to 3.x rule, but still come before the 3.x rule.

Re: Chemo's Ultimate URL's
Dreamscape,
Can you please help me understand the logic because moving things around worked. This is my original .htaccess
Code:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
# From Ultimate Seo Urls version 2.1 to 3.X
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-p-(.*).html$ index\.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-c-(.*).html$ index\.php?main_page=index&cPath=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-m-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=index&manufacturers_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-pi-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=popup_image&pID=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-pr-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=product_reviews&products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-pri-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=product_reviews_info&products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*).html$ index\.php?main_page=$1&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
# Music Product Type Pages from Ultimate Seo Urls version 2.1 to 3.X
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-pmi-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=product_music_info&products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
# EZ Pages from Ultimate Seo Urls version 2.1 to 3.X
RewriteRule ^page.html$ index\.php?main_page=page&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
# Seo Urls version 3.x
# Don't rewrite real files or directories
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.+)$ index\.php/$1 [L,QSA]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} .
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.clevershoppers\.com [NC]
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.clevershoppers.com/$1 [R=301,L]
This is my new .htaccess based on your input (which now works):
Code:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
# Music Product Type Pages from Ultimate Seo Urls version 2.1 to 3.X
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-pmi-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=product_music_info&products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
# From Ultimate Seo Urls version 2.1 to 3.X
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-p-(.*).html$ index\.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-c-(.*).html$ index\.php?main_page=index&cPath=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-m-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=index&manufacturers_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-pi-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=popup_image&pID=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-pr-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=product_reviews&products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)-pri-([0-9]+).html$ index\.php?main_page=product_reviews_info&products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*).html$ index\.php?main_page=$1&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
# EZ Pages from Ultimate Seo Urls version 2.1 to 3.X
RewriteRule ^page.html$ index\.php?main_page=page&%{QUERY_STRING} [L,R=301]
# Seo Urls version 3.x
# Don't rewrite real files or directories
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.+)$ index\.php/$1 [L,QSA]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} .
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.clevershoppers\.com [NC]
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.clevershoppers.com/$1 [R=301,L]
Why does moving the old music rewrite rule to the top worked? Do you see anything else I should modify in .htaccess that I might not be aware of? I am just interested in learning!
Thanks!
