Simple SEO URL (OLD version) [support thread]

So I renamed local.config.php.example to local.config.php and added the following lines:

'plugins'        =>    array('parsers'    =>    array('manufacturers')
                            ),
 
    'identifiers'    =>    array('manufacturers'    =>    'manufacturer')
);

I then cleared all my cache, refreshed my site and still no go. Am I missing something?

notice how you get the index thing there. This is why it doesnt work. Now I wonder why you have the index there.
