I read back a few pages and didn't see this. Pardon me if I missed it. If you have a Windows Live account and use the Live Webmaster Tools, You can ping bing directly by adding the following on the configuration page after the Moreover entry.

Google => http://www.google.com/webmasters/sit...ng?sitemap=%s; Yahoo! => http://search.yahooapis.com/SiteExpl...ng?sitemap=%s; Ask.com => http://submissions.ask.com/ping?sitemap=%s; Microsoft => http://www.moreover.com/ping?u=%s; Bing => http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?siteMap=%s
