In Australia all prices display are required to show the total price, ie tax inclusive price.
In the first screen shot the totals are as they should appear. Sub-Total Inc Tax (makes sense as in the table it is under the Total (Incl) Column). The shipping value includes tax of $1.13 ($11.36 +$1.13(gst tax amount - 10%)) The tax amount shown is all the GST tax amount in the order from the products and shipping. ie the order value divided by 11.
When you go into edit orders it assumes that there is not tax on the shipping value and has the shipping tax field set at 0.0%. It then also displays the Sub-Total amount as the ex-tax price. When you go into edit order the value of $12.50 (tax inclusive) is taken across and not the ex-tax value of $11.36 plus the 10% tax.
The GST (tax value) as I mentioned earler should just be a notification of the tax amount for the total order.
