Need help! Generate 1000 gift certificate redeem codes

Sorry I worded that wrong ... I meant Gift Certificate ... and there isn't a way built into Zen Cart to generate a 1000 Gift Certificates ...

It could be written ... just need to sit down and write the code to build them and perhaps track which Groupon campaign or what ever you wish to call it that they are made for ...

Should we or Groupon generate the code?

And how the codes managed in Zen Cart?

When a Gift Certificate is created, a record is added to the table:
coupons

with the code the amount and the unique redemption code ...

I do not know if Groupon wants you to supply them with a list or if they supply you with a list to build your Gift Certificates from ...

You will need to check with Groupon and see how they work ...
