This is because you are not following correct zen cart naming conventions when naming your images. See the tutorial here in the faq's section.

Ok thanks Anne, I had a look but couldn't find anything, I will look again lol

What option in images makes the image for this bigger on the home page, tried a couple but doesnt seem to change.

Any ideas Anne?

I have figured out the image size on home screen, just need to find why that image has posted twice now.
