Go to Configuration > Images page inside your admin interface.

You can tweak everything to your liking. The parameters are pretty self explanatory and feature additional descriptions when you select them. These parameters enable you to tweak settings for

• preferred filetypes
• compression quality
• background color
• watermarking
• zooming (fancy hover effect)
• gravity for watermarking

I can't find the feature that I can change the original image background to match webiste color.

You described:
Choose an image background color matching to match you site's color or select a transparent background for your images.

Please advise. Thanks!

I could use some advice on a random problem that has popped up.

I installed IH3, and it works great. I also installed Tabbed Products Pro and it works great too. See example here. It created a tab for the additional images for that product.

But it stopped working for some reason. I added some new products and uploaded their additional images. I checked their pages and there is no tab for the additional images. I checked in admin again, and the images show as being uploaded and the status is enabled. I checked all the config settings and they are correct in enabling additional images. However, they don't show up on the website. See page here (there are no additional images and there should be). This problem only occurs for new products. The old products' images continue to display.

Another issue came up at the same time (maybe it will help determine the location of the problem). I noticed that the attribute image no longer replaces the main product image when selected. This happens with every product (new or old) (see issue here). I have never encountered this problem before, and I checked the attribute settings and they are correct. I downloaded the attribute image module around a year ago.

Has anyone seen anything like this before? Can anyone suggest which files I should check for bugs? My error log on the CPanel is clear.

I think your question was addressed in the TPP thread.. Sounds like the REAL issue is an incompatibility between TPP and your image swap mod.. No quick answers here I'm afraid.. You will need to do some testing to see which combo of mods is causing your issues.. Suggest starting by removing TPP..

In any case I'm pretty sure this is not exclusively an IH3 issue..

Hi,
I removed tabs, and the attribute image now swaps with the main image. Good to note.

But the additional images still are not showing up on select styles.

This style shows them.

This style does not show them.

Both were added the same way.

I am starting to add the additional product images again just to test it, and they are now showing up.

I am super sad that I can't use tabbed products pro because it made the product page look so clean. But I will keep playing and maybe I can get it to work.

If you happen to notice and coding mistakes on my pages let me know.

NO IDEA what you mean by this.. Would help if you provided a link to the site.. Would help if you explain IN STEP BY STEP DETAIL how you are getting to this page where you see the issue you are reporting..

Fantastic Mod really speeding up my sites but I have a question about attribute images.

Not sure if IH3 can help but I need to adjust the size of the Attribute images. I have searched all over the forum (and indeed the rest of the web) and can't come up with an answer. I've tried changing the css and looking all over the admin for any setting I may of missed along with just altering the size of the image itself but nothing changes.

Help!

You'll need post your question in a new post as this is not related to IH3 support.. IH3 does not manage attribute images..
