Category Drop Down SELECT Menu Sidebox Mod.

I'm using 1.3.9

I've installed this mod & it works except that at the top of the drop down I have PRODUCT_LISTING_SEARCH_TEXT_ALL_CATEGORIES. Can anyone tell me how to remove this?
