- Didn't search for contact us, but rather clicked on it.
- They therefore know they are going to wind up at the Contact Us page.
- Having extra notifications that they are on the Contact Us page are the epitome of redundancy
- No one will read any extra verbiage on the page unless it's a phone number or location.
- Will probably only look at the drop downs - hence the suggested change from Store Owner.
If you are trying to get the h1 in for SEO, you should not be indexing that page anyway.
