How do I change the "Sales Message Goes Here"?

1) a link to your site so we can see the exact text you are talking about
2) trty this

go to admin --> tools --> developer tools.

In the very bottom search box enter

sales message goes here

select search all files (catalog and admin) and then hit enter.

It should tell you exactly where that is coming from

so how do you change it??????????
