Make Filter Results box standout

How can I make the "Filter Results" drop down box standout? I would like it to be more visible to the customer. I don't think they notice that it is there. Can I draw a box around it? Or something.

You can add stuff like a larger font-size, background color, border etc. in:

#indexProductList form

and

#indexProductList label

They aren't files, they're id names, which can be found in, or added to, stylesheet.css.

OK, is there any way you could please tell me what I would need to add to these id names in order to get a red border around the Filter Results box? and please be specific. This would be greatly appreciated.
