Fast and Easy Checkout

I have installed this mod and love it.

There is however a minor problem on my site.

Since loading this mod, when you go to the checkout my header image moves up and my footer also moves up. Only by a few pixels but it is very annoying.

Can anyone help with this

i just installed the fast and easy checkout, it is work great
but it has caused a problem with my super orders

here is what occurs when i go into a super orders section

Edit Contact Data - the name and address inforamtion is all there, i just took it out for security reason - customers details

1146 Table 'fraserco_24w94.TABLE_CUSTOMERS_ADMIN_NOTES' doesn't exist
in:

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.
