    She does not want to turn it completely off, as in post 57 on page 6.

    I have your Newport template on one of my sites and the code worked there, turning google and blog off in the drop-down:

    fashion-mart.biz

    Any help appreciated, thanks!

    You need to add the classes to the includes/templates/piccadilly_posh/common/tpls_mega_menu.css file.

    Thanks,

    Anne

    Sorry, but I guess I don't understand. Insofar as I can see, she has the classes in the above file. She only turned off the Categories drop-down and moved About Us to the right.

    Here is her turn-off code in the mega menu stylesheet:

    .categories-li{display:none;}
    .aboutus-image{display:none;}

    .hgoogle {display:none;}
    .hblog {display:none;}

    Google and blog still not off in drop-down header menu.

    Thanks for any further help.

    I just installed Picadilly Posh on a testing site here:

    http://www.promdressesforless.us/

    Only mod is this code in the mega template style sheet:

    .hgoogle {display:none;}
    .hblog {display:none;}

    Still not turning these off in header drop-down. Is this code correct (I know it is for Newport and Brighton).

    Thanks.

    The classes for the social media links in the connect drop down are not added to the code. If you want to remove these you will have to add the classes in the includes/templates/piccadilly_posh/common/tpl_mega_menu.css file.

    Thanks,

    Anne

    Now I understand. Had to add this to common/tpl_mega_menu.php:

    <li class="hfacebook"> etc.

    It works, so can now turn off select social buttons in drop down menu.

    Thanks!

    I am happy that it worked for you.

    Anne? (or anyone else who may know)

    My "Useful Links" section in the menu is blank. Where would I find that to edit the content?

    Thanks in advance
    Phil

    For this template you will use these classes to hide the items in the mega menu:

    .quicklinks-li
    .categories-li
    .manufacturers-li
    .aboutus-li
    .customer_service
    .information-li
    .connect-li

    Thanks,

    Anne
